Chris is a fantastic designer and builder. I love his modern approach and appreciation for clean lines in the majority of his custom projects and remodels. He has an excellent eye for creativity, open concept layouts, and an understanding about the functionality of a home. I've photographed numerous properties of his and I'm always impressed with how he can visualize a project and bring it to life.

Chris is a skilled builder who creates a home with a unique style and small, special touches. We noticed the difference in his homes from the moment we walked in the front door, especially with the wood beams that highlight the entire first floor décor. Very well-built and stylish homes in a great area of West Little Rock. We see a lot of home with our window covering business, and Chris has some of the best around.

Chris is wonderful to work with! He's great at helping his clients achieve their vision and if they don't know where to start, he does! Every project I have had the pleasure to see has been incredible and Chris always has a fresh and unique eye for design. He certainly keeps me on my toes looking out for the most unique products for his clients!! I would definitely recommend Dwellings!!

We remodeled over half our home. Chris was a creative voice, tearing out three walls and vaulting the ceiling space. It's an amazing open floor plan . He has completed projects on a timely basis. I will use his company again for further projects. Rena Lundmark

Chris Milligan, owner of Dwellings, helped me reworked my laundry room and shop which also provided some much needed garage space. I was very pleased with his creativity and expertise, he was fair with pricing and his team was very easy to work with. Keep up the good work Chris.

Dwellings did an excellent job on our kitchen and den remodel. The owner, Chris Milligan, had the vision to raise our ceilings, take out a wall, and create a beautiful open airy kitchen and den. His skills executing the tasks were equal to his vision. The remodel kept the character of our Greek Revival home. He was responsive to our questions. He came in under budget. We would highly recommend his company.

After a tree fell on my house, I used Dwellings, Inc. to repair the damage. Chris Milligan is an architect as well as builder so his broad base of knowledge gave me a lot of comfort in his ability to do the work correctly. Although the damage was not extensive, there were holes in the roof of my house and carport, structural damage, and damage to a detached garage. Not only was Chris easy to communicate with, he was kind, courteous and thorough. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and was easy to work with - always smiling. The crew that did the work were equally friendly and respectful. Ultimately the repair was done in less time than estimated and under budget. I would strongly recommend Dwellings, Inc. and would definitely use them again.

Dwellings took our screened in porch and turned it into the most used room in our home. Chris has a fantastic talent for design and was able to make a flawless transition of the new space to the rest of our home. All of the Dwellings folks were very professional and the communication was excellent at all times. Chris introduced us to several products that were being used in larger markets but were still new to our area that really made the project a success. What really impressed us the most was Chris could take our idea put it in a design format we could really see and then build it for us in a top notch manner.

We hired Chris Milligan to help us design and renovate our kitchen and patio areas. It was the best experience I have had with an architect and contractor and, I have worked on many projects in the past. He had creative ideas and handled the project professionally, with his staff and us, the customer. The project was finished in a timely manner. He is very friendly and easy going. In fact, we are working with him again on another project. Looking forward to it.

Chris and Dwelling's Inc are awesome. We engaged Chris to design and build a garage and bonus room about two years ago. What we ended up getting was a gem of an addition that is now fought over by family members for use. Not only was the work done exceptionally well - it was on time and at budget. The features added make it a truely unique reteat that has touches Chris thought of and added along the way. My previous remodel experiences had been aggrevations - this was a ton of fun. We have and would continue to recommend Dwellings Inc to people that want a unique and affordable addition.
