EFTEKTON Architects is an Architecture & Engineering Firm that can handle projects of different scales and complexity. They managed the Restoration & redesign of our old - preserved residential house in the Historical Center of Athens. After interviewing several Architecture Firms in Athens, we had to choose which one fits better to our needs & especially which one has the mentality and the experience to deliver the project on time & within the budget we had. Long story short from the 5 firms we reached out to, EFTEKTON was the only one that didn't express themselves or the "projects" they have done. These people have projects in Greece and New York City. They actually practicing Architecture & Engineering working on massive projects and i heard about them from a great fellow of mine who lives abroad. When I met them I recognized humble professionals who can deal with any scale of any project. My project was an 1850 old building in the center of Athens - EFTEKTON after collecting all the proper documents and the reviewed the existing conditions of the structure, designed a new frame which is holding the old façade & roof in place, and at the same time added a modern extension on the top & rear of the building. The proposal was indeed amazing and fully comprehended. They managed the construction phase, checking every day all the deliveries and demanding the subcontractors to submit photos, documentation for the materials used, and in the end the project saved time and money because they were on top of it. For all the above reasons I would love to recommend these people.
