Greenwise Construction

We only have one bathroom, and had water damage in the floor. Greenwise replaced the floor, and retiled the shower, and added new plumbing fixtures. We only have one bathroom in the house. The amazing thing is they where able to make the bathroom usable every night after they finished work. They work to hard to stay in our budget, and work with our sense of style. They are very easy to communicate with. Most communication for us was on text message. Andy always responds immediately. The results are fantastic.

Prior to calling Greenwise Construction, we had contacted two other construction companies in the area. We called Greenwise Construction last, told them what we wanted to do to our bathroom, and they offered to come over and see my bathroom the very same day. My husband and I met with Andy and his father Daniel, went over the details of what we wanted done and spoke over the costs. We decided to go with Greenwise Construction because they provided excellent customer service and took their own time to go above and beyond our meetings to research design solutions and answer any questions we had. Not only did we feel that their experience qualified them to do this project, we also felt very comfortable with them as a team - I dont know if it was because its a close knitted family group of workers, but my husband and I had an instant connection to their team and that also helped us make our decision to go along with Greenwise Construction. Throughout the process, we felt comfortable to ask questions and they were always happy to answer them. During the estimating process - they seemed to be very detailed and made sure to let us know of any challenges that they may come across - this helped us feel comfortable in the sense that they would not give us any surprises with constant change orders - resulting in additional money paid out throughout the project. We were most concerned in the waterproofing process for the shower and floors since we have had problems with this before in another bathroom at a previous residence. They used the most innovative and best products out there when it came to waterproofing. They maintained open communication throughout this process, in particular, because they knew it was something we were concerned about, which helped give us peace of mind and made us feel like our money wasn't being wasted away. Furthermore, after the bathroom was finished, my husband and I were so happy with the outcome. Everything came out perfectly. All the time and money invested into this project became worth it. I can now enjoy a walk-in shower inside my new beautifully renovated bathroom, and appreciate all the design details we spent weeks deciding on, such as the new sink fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, color scheme, tiling, etc. I thank Greenwise Construction for all the hard work and attention to detail they put into our bathroom project. I definitely recommend Greenwise Construction to anyone looking for beautifully detailed craftsmanship - I even feel like we underpaid for the perfect details that went into everything. I recommend them to people who really enjoy their home, and are looking to improve it more to their liking.
