The entire building process with the Jon Huss was amazing. From planning the home, to the construction process, to the closing - we were never frustrated or disappointed in any way. Any item over budget was our own doing and everything was transparent. We truly love our new home and recommend the Huss team whole heartedly. Our sales/design lead was Katie who communicated with us throughout the process. Sometimes daily! Weekend meetings to pick out lighting and appliances was so unexpected and welcomed with our busy schedules. She was an awesome friend through the entire time. Our construction lead Chris was amazing as well. He was there with the subs on a regular basis, communicated with us regularly and made sure everything was perfect. In the design process he took the time to ask what each room was being used for and then applied his creativity to make the house even better. A floating wall in the basement to divide two areas without truly dividing them was genius. We now didn't have to re-arrange things to mount our TV's. Jon Huss himself was great as well. From walking the lot with us before we purchased it to building our deck railing himself, Jon made sure we would be happy with the finished product. Our home was a showcase/parade home. Their decorating/staging person, Sharon, made sure everything was perfect for us. From colors to outlet locations, she made sure everything was talked about ahead of time so the house would be perfect. We can't say enough about the Jon Huss team!

As a professional interior photographer I had the opportunity to shoot one of their homes. It was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was solid. The home was ready to photograph the moment I walked in. Paperwork and invoices were taken care of promptly.

Jon and his crew did a superb job on our parade home. From the initial planning stages to the final finish work was completed we felt that Jon was by our side to help us realize our dream home. Our home was also one of the most efficient houses ever measured at the time of completion.
