I hired JREG construction to "flip" a home. Terry James and his crew came in on budget and finished on time without any delays. I was always kept aware of the timeline by Terry. If I was more computer savvy I would include photos (the completed project was beautiful!!) I highly recommend Terry James and JREG Construction & Development without any reservation

JREG Construction facilitated the purchase of a deferred maintenance, investment property and then provided the expertise and management of the entire remodel and construction process. Even with some unforeseen issues, we made a profit and were out of the property in less than 6 months. Their fine tuned process, attention to detail, and overall real estate expertise allowed us to maximize the opportunity, especially when compared to other options we looked at. I would highly recommend everyone to JREG Construction for your remodel and construction needs.
