As an architect, working with Keaka and Kahe Construction is always a great experience. Their attention to detail and quality of construction are two areas in which they excel that my my job easier. Behind the scenes, administratively, RFI's, Change Orders and Payment Requests are timely and accurate, and project completions are on target. All this, combined with a positive attitude creates a total package where i know my clients are in good hands.

I’ve completed three projects with Keaka now and have two more in the works. They included a whole house remodel with kitchens and baths. Keaka has a fantastic design vision and attention to detail. He has an artistic eye and can create something special and unique for you. He also has integrity and can deliver the project on time and on schedule. I highly recommend Keaka. Kahe built our house in Pineapple Hill at Kapalua. We were extremely happy with the final product. The finish work and design ideas that Keaka suggested made for an exceptional end product. Kahe's work was done in a timely and professional manner. The craftsmanship and quality was outstanding. They handled all permits seamlessly for me. If I was building another house, Kahe and Keaka would definitely be the builder I choose!!

Kahe Construction built a Spec Home which we purchased in 2006. It is a family business. Whenever we needed help with the home, they always stood behind it and responded to requests for service or advice. We subsequently built a home and hired them to construct our new home in 2014. A very custom home on 3 acres, which was featured in a design magazine, was built to perfection. The detail work and fine finishes are unbelievable. They are honest and hard working people that are delightful to work with. If something is not done to perfection, they will fix it. I can't recommend them more highly.

Keaka and his team did an excellent job remodeling our master bathroom. The quality of work is impeccable. All work was done on-time and on-budget. He and his crew were very professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves each day before going home. I would definitely hire Keaka again for the next remodeling project.

My husband & I hired Kahe Construction to re-model our two bathrooms in our condo. My husband Glen, being a licensed electrician is also a very meticulous person (attention to details) and has a very "keen" eye when it comes to construction, more importantly as it relates to our home. When I recommended Kahe Construction based on recommendations from those who were acquainted with the work, he was open yet still cautious. Keaka Kaahui came to our place, assessed the space for both bathrooms then within days presented us with various plans based on what we indicated we wanted done. After an agreement was made, a contract was drawn up based on style, costs, contractor's responsibilities, owners responsibilities, schedule and deadline. The work was completed a few days ahead of schedule and the outcome of this project more than met our expectations. Keeping in mind Glen's expectations of job quality, ability to work independently while staying within the costs of this project, more than met his high quality level of work standards! We were more than pleased..we were ecstatic! We will continue to recommend Kahe Construction to our friends and others when the opportunity arises. Anyone who selects Kahe Construction for a remodeling project or to build a new home will not be disappointed!!
