My wife and I wanted a professional team to complete top-notch work with top-notch communication. Karin's communication and planning throughout the project, along with her husband's expertise really made the difference. Our bedroom and bath remodel turned out amazing in every way. We highly recommend Karin Ross Designs - and if they did decks we would have hired them for that work!

I highly recommend Karin Ross Designs for any home design remodel. We love our kitchen-living remodel and our friends and family can't believe the amazing transformation. All her employees including Nick, her husband are professional, knowledgeable and do an incredible job. I never came home to a mess to clean up. I saw the beautiful pictures of the kitchens and bathrooms Karin had remodeled in the 435 Magazine and didn't think we could afford her. My husband called for an appointment and Karin and her team came to my house. We were surprised to find her quote was no higher than the other contractors. Karin and Nick were there every step of the way to make sure things were done correctly and to my perfection. Karin has an eye for detail and listens when you talk. She made so many great suggestions that other contractors didn't and still came within our budget. She suggested a limestone fireplace that is beautiful and very elegant. Nick, Karin's husband and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. My entire family loves the kitchen Island she helped us design. The lighting in the kitchen she picked out is beautiful and elegant. Something I would not have picked out. Karin knows the current trends. we signed a contract with Karin on a project completion date and cost. Karin was finished with the project on time. We never paid her anything until the contact and payment schedule was determined. We paid Karin according to the contract and never paid for work that wasn't completed. We absolutely love our new kitchen-living area. Everything is so open and beautiful.

Karin and her crew were an absolute pleasure to work with during our 10 wk remodeling project.. We did some renovations on our new house in Fairway, KS and couldn't be happier how they turned out. Karin was very professional, responsive and easy to communicate with the entire time. We had her remodel our master suite, adding a full bathroom and walk in closet. We also added a mud room, tore down some walls, painted the entire inside, and had some smaller jobs performed inside like electrical work. Our house is absolutely GORGEOUS and I would definitely recommend her if you're looking for someone with great taste and reasonable pricing. Thank you, Karin Ross Designs!

Karin was extremely helpful in bringing my husbands ideas and my ideas together to give each of us what we were looking for in a design plan for our bar area. The style and color suggestion for the chambria countertop was perfect and after looking over hundreds of options we kept going back to her very first suggestion. She had been very detailed, and her follow up has been tremendous. The photo was taken immediately after installation. The project is not shown completed.

More importantly to me, she also acted as the point of contact throughout the project - any time I had a question or concern, she would always respond promptly with answers, and provide information to the crew as needed. I appreciate her patience with all of my questions, especially during the time that the project start date was delayed.
