Midwest built a garage attached to our house. This is the second project they have done for us and both were high quality. Mike Summey was project manager for both and I highly recommend him. He was very professional and just a great guy to work with. If you want a quality job from design to finish, that was our experience with Mike and everyone at Midwest.

Midwest is everything you’ve ever wanted in your project/s to be done!! After speaking to far too many “contractors” over the past two years, I was advised to contact Midwest. I’ve not regretted one minute with this group from the moment I met them!! Think of everything you’ve ever wanted,I.e. professional, attentive to detail, fair, honest, absolutely perfect, meticulous work and done without wasting any time!! Midwest is an awesome company to work with. This was my second project with them full remodel of our kitchen and it came out better than we dreamed. All communication was very clear with them and I knew exactly what I was getting done each day. Pat was super nice and answered any questions we had. We are excited for thanksgiving in our new kitchen this year. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them on my garage remodel in the spring. Thank you Midwest!

The team at Midwest Remodeling was professional at all levels and so easy to work with. We had them tear out and rebuild the shower in our master bath as it had started leaking and crumbling after 20 years of use. They were able to re-use the shower door to reduce our costs and were precise in their demolition so that the floor of the bathroom did not need to be redone. We love the new tile, and the color and style compliment the rest of the room that was not in need of updating. Karen was great in planning the design to make our whole bathroom seem fresh and up to date. The work crews were careful and mindful of not tracking through and leaving a mess. When we had questions they were quickly answered. Work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely hire this company again.

After over a year of meeting with contractors that would never call back, or come to our house and completely fall off the face of the earth, we met our perfect match in the women of Midwest Remodeling. From the first phone call until the last "after picture" was snapped our experience with them was positive, prompt and professional. They were so on top of every request and question that we had. They had a schedule and an organized calendar so we always knew what to expect from them. Our project which included blowing the roof off of our house at the beginning of May 2020 and adding bedrooms, bathroom and laundry was quite extensive. However, the Midwest team roll through all of the curveballs that the COVID pandemic through us. Not only were they great to work with but also they completed the project A MONTH EARLY and ON budget. We are complimented all the time on how well the "new addition" blends in and matches the 100-year-old craftsman bungalow that we live in. Such high-quality work. I cannot sing the praises of this company enough.

Where do I start when singing the praises of this company? Midwest was a breath of fresh air after trying to find the right company to do a major addition to our home. We started with Karen who diligently listened to our needs, wants, and wishes. After that first meeting, I told my husband we had found our people! Karen worked with Marcy to put together a 3-D rendering of the house that worked structurally while also meeting our aesthetic needs. Karen also led us through the contracting process from start to finish. Beth and Brad were the dream team who were with us through the construction process. Beth is top-notch at details and making sure the customer is happy. Brad was really polite, made sure things got done in a timely and respectful manner, and maintained a can-do attitude through our winter second story addition project. Everyone in the company is efficient, strong communicators, fun, and cares about putting in an honest day's work. I would highly recommend Midwest for your next construction project. We will be using them again for any future work we need or want.

We had a tough situation. Due to poor workmanship and moisture problems we were losing an add on room done by the previous owners. We contacted Midwest and they gave a quote, checked out the situation and started on the job promptly after we gave the acceptance. The job was completed in record time and now we have a nice "great-room" for years to come.

Pat and his helper Dustin? where on time everyday. clean up at end day and final day was very through. Any problems that happen during remodel its was stopped and Jody and I where involved with decision on what and how to fix it( very pleased with this process) . I can not even express to you how much I loved my experience with this company. They provide a full service program. We bought an old farm and the house was close to needing to be torn down. They brought their skill and creativity to turn our house into a show piece, while keeping our strict budget in mind the entire time. The plans utilized ever last bit of space while giving us a house that will be ideal for us for the rest of our lives. I was high anxiety about the entire project, having never done this before, and they were so quick to respond to all my questions. We altered our plan over 30 times from day one till the end, and because they had done the plan within their own company it was quick and easy to make adjustments.

I had a complete Master bathroom remodel. The entire bathroom was gutted and they started from the studs and subfloor. The crew was on time and kept me informed everyday (sometimes two - three times) of every stage of the construction. Great group of guys who very nice, polite and professional. Your project was so exciting with opening up all of your living space, and that ISLAND! That is the largest island we have ever put in, measuring 12' x 5' with tons of room for you and the kids to cook (thanks for the great photo.)
