We recently had Mark design us our dream home from scratch. Mark took all of our input and gave us a beautiful plan that meet our needs. Mark offered great design ideas and helped us decide on the pros and cons of different design aspects. Mark's staff communicated well and made changes as we requested them. Just moved to Idaho from California in March 2015. Am a General Contractor in Idaho. Interviewed 2 architects to do an $80,000 remodel and new addition to our beautiful log home on the river in Post Falls, ID. Mark was very attentive to our design, budgets and time-line to build this into a vacation rental. His professional staff was always reachable to answer questions or design changes. Mark was very easy to work with. Listening, suggesting, imaginative and a good eye. Working together on our home, we were trying not only to make a beautiful house but one with practicalities built in. Sometimes a challenge, always a better home. We love our home. In the office, technology allowed us to 'fly' around to see views and then take home some important still shots to ponder. All important to make a quality home that we will enjoy for a a lifetime.

Mark worked with my wife and I to create the construction drawings for our new custom home. Dear Mark, I wanted to let you know that we recently received our certificate of occupancy from Kootenai County for our house addition. This milestone was in no small part to your efforts throughout the process. I really appreciated your different alternative layout ideas for our addition. We thoroughly vetted our final concept which made moving forward much easier, knowing we did not have to look backwards wishing we had done something different. With that concept alternative selected, you prepared very clear and easy to read plans that facilitated a short review from the county. Finally, thank you for your patience during the design process. There were a small number of unforeseen circumstances that required a very short response time and extreme patience with our material supplier.
