I am a widow of a certain age. It was important to me to work with people I was comfortable with and felt I could trust to get my owner's bathroom remodel done. It was a pleasure working with Suzanne through the design process and pick out all the products for the remodel. She handled all the coordination of the products with Tim to make sure the project stayed on time and budget. Tim also handled all of the subs and scheduling and he always kept me informed of the progress.

Novare Renovation and Design was great to work with when remodeling our first floor, kitchen and primary bathroom / WIC. I appreciated that they listened to the frustrations we had with our current floor plans and created a design that was functional to our family needs. I liked the fact that for each room they provided two options for the new layout. The design process was educational, Suzanne does a great job to help you understand current state to future state of the rooms. I felt they supported and guided me to bring out design elements that fit our family. Throughout the project we had great communication with them and at the end we were provided with a full project summary and project specs. Outstanding team to partner with if you are considering a remodel!

Suzanne and Tim created a bathroom for us, where others said it could not be done! They were transparent about timeline, costs and expected outcome. They were also friendly and respectful, and tolerated our dogs "greeting" them upon arrival. We are thrilled with our bathroom and would absolutely use them again.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our home remodel! Tim and Suzanne are both professional and easy to work with. They took the time to consider our needs and wants to put together a functional and beautiful plan. Suzanne provided invaluable design ideas and we appreciated the in-person visits to various vendors to pick out materials. We absolutely love the transformation our our home. Thanks!

Do your research. Make sure you get EVERYTHING documented and keep a close eye on things throughout your entire project. Just a recommendation!

Tim and Suzanne did an exceptional job with our home. The way they approached the project kept construction time to a minimum and on schedule. That was a big deal for us as we lived in the home during the renovation. They listened to our needs and ideas and offered a ton of suggestions that went beyond even what we thought our space could be. Their help with product selections and their predictable process saved us time and kept stress and disruption to a minimum. We'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

It was truly an amazing experience working with Tim and Suzanne. During a long-distance total remodel of our vacation home in Stillwater, they kept to their word; stayed on track; and were in constant communication with me on progress, challenges and choices to make. Somehow, they came up with extra space that wasn't there before!! The kitchen is now bigger and much more functional. The masterbath was totally redesigned - adding a large walk-in shower and adjoining walk-in closet. They listened to our design ideas and incorporated them into the project beautifully. Throughout the entire 9+ month project, Tim gave us regular updates, stayed on track and on budget. The results are impeccable workmanship, top-notch materials and warm colors and material selections. Throughout the entire project, they remained calm, professional and so easy to work with. I couldn't imaging working with anyone else on such a large project.

Second project we’ve worked with Suzanne and Tim. Kitchen& first floor renovation in 2010 & both upstairs baths in 2018. They make a potentially stressful process easy when they’re so available to email or text questions with timely responses and always wanting us to be satisfied! They expect the best from their subcontractors and get the best as they wouldn’t have hired them if not great already! They always make us feel our job is very important to them and their highest priority is our satisfaction. Their through process asks all the right questions at the beginning so you know the compete process to expect from the beginning. Tim is easy to work with as a sight manager and Suzanne’s ideas of design to your lifestyle are the best! If we have another project in future I’d hire them again!

I hired Novare to remodel my condo in the Cathedral Hill area of St. Paul, MN. They completely gutted and redesigned my kitchen, created a bar from a closet, designed and installed a murphy bed and cabinetry in my guest bedroom and designed cabinetry around my fireplace. It was about a 4 month project. I bought the condo, they did the remodel and then I moved in. The quality of their work is excellent as is the quality of the products they use. We spent time going through the condo and talking about what I wanted, what was possible and what was unrealistic given my budget and how to get what I wanted within my budget. They gave me options on some of the phases of the work to reduce my costs. They always made sure that any changes in the work were approved by me, notified me if there were additional costs associated with the changes I requested and were very easy to work with. At the signing of the contract, they gave me a calendar of how the work would progress. They were not always able to stick to the dates in the calendar, but they would contact me to discuss what was happening and why things were delayed or moved ahead of the schedule. They did not finish exactly when they thought they would, but they were very close. Some of the cabinets were not finished by the time requested, but again, they lt me know well ahead of time. I set my move-in date and 99% of everything was done by then. I would definitely hire this company again. They were very easy to work with and very respectful of me and my neighbors.!

We did a first floor remodel recently with Novare Renovation and Design. We were very happy with their workmanship and they were very easy to work with. Overall, we have done two separate projects with them and love the look of our remodel.

The house to be renovated was across state lines. Novare was willing to work with me on the out of state house, abiding by the state laws, codes, and regulations. Suzanne was wonderful to work with. She had great design ideas taking into consideration my style and Tim made the designs come to fruition.

"Suzanne worked closely with us to help provide thoughts and support for working our way through the many decisions we needed to make to define all of the details of appliances, colors, surfaces, lighting, etc. We could not be happier with the outcome. Tim was very easy to work with on the construction side and did a great job managing all of the details, schedules and sub-contractors to deliver what we had envisioned generally within the timeframe planned. He was also effective in insuring every aspect was completed to our satisfaction. The result is a new kitchen and sitting room that is much more functional and beautiful.
