I have worked with Schuster Homes on several occasions and have also worked with several other high end builders in the area and can honestly say without a doubt Steve is the most knowledgeable builder I have ever worked with.He understands the clients goals and helps develop their design concept to achieve a end product that supersedes their dream home. He knows and can expedite how to make the most complicated build job a reality, he is very professional and easy to work with. I have enjoyed working with him from beginning to end of each project.

Working with Steve and Leanne Schuster on custom residential projects is both rewarding and fulfilling. As owners and operators of there building business they both take a personal stake in the process and the outcome of the projects. On this particular custom project which was on a fast track, Steve was onsite daily providing excellent leadership and communication to the design team and related building trades. Steve set up an mini office on site which allowed him to provide centralized flow of communication as the project progressed. Steve's knowledge of construction coupled with strong leadership and organizational skills brought a level or professional order to the process resulting in enjoyable project with beautiful results. We're looking forward to the next project with both Steve and Leanne.

When choosing a builder for our remodel, we wanted someone we could trust, connect with, and still respect at the end of the process! Steve was very interested and really took the time to find out what we wanted. We liked his straightforward, yet honest approach. We truly appreciate the fact Schuster Homes prides itself in being available and on the job at all times. Although Steve had several other projects going, we always got the impression that our was the only one, as he and his staff were always accessible for our needs. We also appreciated Steve’s positive attitude. No issue was too big or too small, and our happiness was his biggest concern! SHI has a unique feel in that they are truly a family business and really care. There is an old-fashioned pride and work ethic that comes through from the very beginning, and stays until the job is complete. That is not a common quality in businesses these days. We were nervous about the process of doing an extensive remodel, as it was our first, but our experience could not have been better. We had nothing but positives during the planning, executing and completion of our remodel and we can honestly say, we not only have a great builder but awesome friends in the Schusters as well!
