Shannon Cross- Mosby Building Arts

Shannon Cross of Mosby Building Arts assistant us on the design of our room addition and with her help we had our beautiful room addition we use as a family room. She gave us 3 choices of rooms with different aspects of windows, doors and ceilings with different price ranges. We are overwhelmed with the finish product and very happy we used Mosby and Shannon Cross.

We cannot rave enough about Shannon. She was our decorator for our kitchen remodel. She truly listened to what we had in mind, came up with a few detailed plans and then helped us pick and choose from those to end up with just what we hoped for.. Also, she was more than willing to help even pick pictures, etc. after we were done. Once the project is done, Shannon is still available for any questions.

Working with Shannon Cross has been an amazing experience. As she shared her talents with us, it's allowed us to completely change the workflow of our home for our family. She was able to help us with our current needs, and helped us to anticipate future needs. Shannon thought of details that we hadn't even considered: such as where to put our family pet's food bowls! A detail we would have surely overlooked in our remodel. However, it's the little things like that which created such a simply brilliant design from Shannon. Shannon was a consummate professional before, during and after our project. She exhibited excellent project management - meeting all deadlines for our remodel. At the same time, she was flexible in her approach, allowing us to make modifications along the way, while keeping the project on track. The budgeting for our project was also incredibly accurate, which we appreciated. We have complete trust in working with Shannon Cross at Mosby Building Arts. We simply cannot wait to work with her again.
