Patrick is a Design Professional with 25+ years experience as a remodeling contractor and a degree in interior design, I am here to help you make your project the best it can be! Studio 316 Creative, LLC is a design and build, custom woodworking creative that specializes in whole home design, addition design, deck design, kitchen and bath design, and basement rec-room/home theatre design. Patrick Kendall has spent the past 25+ years as a remodeling contractor and is and expert in his field. He has worked for several award winning companies around the Greater Milwaukee areas and on his own as a remodeling company. He obtained his Interior Design Degree from MATC in 1997 and specializes in kitchen and bathroom design. With CAD and 3D rendering, he can show you what your space will look like even before it is built! We have also added custom woodworking and furniture building to our repertoire! From standalone pieces to full custom built-ins, wherever you need a piece of furniture to fit your needs, I can help!

Studio 316 Creative was very easy to work with on my house renovation. They were very quick to make drawings and even quicker on executing the project. Very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend.

I was skeptical to start when all payment was upfront upfront and I should have listened to my gut. We started Aug 2022 and I am here in Aug 2023 without complete plans. the lack of professionalism or communication over this entire project is disappointing. every step of the way there has been a reason for not being able to respond or complete things. at this point this seems to be a part time job and never a priority to get things done. save yourself the trouble and find someone better.
