We have used Brad and Tami for years beginning with a kitchen remodel in 2013. Tami’s touch and eye for detail is amazing. Brad is hardworking and has a great knowledge of all things “handy people” have. We used them for a master bedroom upgrade that we are thrilled with to this day. Tami’s offer to come in and touch up the house makes a substantial difference to the feel of the house with minimal change. I would recommend both for any project.

I recently had the Cline Company help me take an awkward open downstairs room and half bath/laundry room combo and turn it into a cozy office nook, 4th bedroom, and 3/4 bath/laundry room. Tami and Brad walked me through everything. They listened to my ideas and offered excellent suggestions. Throughout the whole process they were patient with their explanations and took great care to get the job done right.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tami and Brad Cline. They designed and built our dream kitchen and living space, accommodating our budget, priorities and style. From the start, it was clear that they are incredibly talented and kind people with great integrity and work ethic. One of the reasons why I chose The Cline Company is because they have both an in-house general contractor and an interior designer. For me, communication between the builder and designer were so important. I did not want to experience a renovation process where there was unnecessary miscommunication between two different companies. The final design included a new open layout with a completely new kitchen, living, family room and dining area. We also remodeled our front bathroom. When any challenges in the design or project arose, they found a creative solution. I knew the Cline Company would be able to deliver on the design front because of how Tami always listened to me and used her years of experience and attention to detail to create a functional and beautiful plan. There was excellent communication from their entire team throughout the entire process. The Cline Company hires excellent subcontractors. They took great pride in their craft and are also wonderful people. If we were home, I would ask them to wear a mask. There was never any pushback. If there was a question or problem, the sub would call Tami and she would always quickly respond. She would explain to me the situation and the solution if something needed to change. In summary, the Cline company did an amazing job and were great to work with. I know that they have very extensive and high-end renovation projects with huge budgets, but I never felt that our smaller scale and smaller budget was less important. In fact, I was surprised that I enjoyed the process. I learned a lot and Tami gave me the confidence to trust my design instincts. When the project was finished, we did a walk-through. Tami has an amazing attention to detail and noticed some touch up areas that we had missed. Even after the project ended, there was no hesitation to bring back one of the subs if something needed to be replaced or fixed. We have been in our new space for about a month and I still pinch myself that this is actually my house. Thank you to The Cline company!

The Cline Company gave me professional, top notch design ideas that were easy to execute. Their eye for pattern, color, style, and aesthetic allowed me to turn my dumpy investment property into the nicest house on the street. They are a joy to work with, and care about every detail of the project as if it was their own. I will definitely be working with them again!

The Cline Co has elevated our client experience in ways unimagined. Their ability to transform any space is a gift. We have had a Holiday photo experience in the past years, however this year we wanted to take it to the next level. Emily & her team helped us dream up our ideal experience, and set a realistic budget. We prioritized items together, and they made it come to life. They even leased us items out of their back stocked inventory. We truly felt their heart was in the whole process with us.

Cline and Company provided Construction plans, lighting plans and paint advice for a whole house remodel- 1900 square feet which included removing walls and closets-two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a complete kitchen. We love the completed project and Tami advocated every step of the way. The whole job was completed in 4 months.

The level of thoroughness and professionalism that the Cline Company offers is unparalleled. From the moment we were in contact, they were incredibly communicative about their plans, needs, schedule changes, and all-around updates. It was very comforting to have their insight on our project, as we are certainly no experts on large-scaled remodels. Tami Cline has worked on many interior design projects to refresh my house: in the kitchen, living room, office, guest house, stairs and bathroom. She has advised me on fabric, paint, carpet and furniture and decor choices and she has worked successfully with my architect, installers, painters and electricians. She has also brought in her husband to complete installation projects where needed. Tami is professional while being fun and easy to work with. She has updated and refreshed the look of my house and I'm very pleased with the result.

We hired Brad and Tammi Cline about 6 years ago to do some work in our Queen Anne home for maintenance/upgrades. Brad designed and completed our concrete driveway and metal siding on our home while we were away on vacation. Tammi completed lighting and painting/texturing of our son's bedroom and sunroom. We also had Tammi help us pick out shades and hi-end curtains for our kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Brad surprised us with indoor/outdoor carpet installed in our storage unit at no charge. I would recommend highly the Cline Co!

From start to finish The Cline Company is professional, fun and sees every detail through from the smallest to the most complicated through to completion. They always listens to me and considers my ideas kindly and politely which I appreciate. And they have been very timely and stick to the schedule they have set which is a huge plus.

I had my master bath totally redone. I wanted a walk in shower. When Tami and Brad first came out they were not sure if it could be walk in but assured me they would make the floor as low as possible. After gutting the room, Brad was able to move the drain and make it walk in. Tami was wonderful in design. She took me to show rooms where I could pick out tile. Also really listened to my tastes, she gave me great options to pick for the fictures. The price they quoted was set. I had 2 changes along the way that we did work orders for. I wanted a custom vanity with dwares that they were able to have made. The quality of work was excellent and i love the finished product. The project was not inexpensive but well worth the money. The reason I gave it only 4 stars was the timeline. The project was only supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks but took about 10 weeks. I would definitely recommend them for your project.
