Redev built my house for its prior owner. It has had nothing but problems because Redev used some shoddy (now out of business subcontractors), didn’t supervise well and even told me that they weren’t sure what they were doing when they built this house which never underwent a final occupancy inspection. The roof was put on incorrectly resulting in $5000 damage, some siding was on upside down so water ran into the house, parts of siding to finish it were never completed, staircase rise/run is unequal, doors and thresholds lacked all the screws and matching screws, and the lost goes on and on …..I would NEVER ever buy another home built by Redev.

ReDev built my custom designed house and it has been a great experience for me, both in terms of the quality of the build and their responsiveness to any issues that arose. I would highly recommend them.

Re-Dev built our brand new amazing house for us from the blueprints up. I could not possibly be happier with the project from start to finish. The process was smooth, on-time and clearly explained to us. The result is fantastic -- the house is everything we could possibly wish for in a house. In other words: if you have a chance to build with re-dev, do it.

We have had two major project with this custom builder. Our first was a home in downtown Indianapolis. We built in an old neighborhood, which was in the beginning stages of revitalization. This was our first home, and their approach was very personal, creative and efficient. Our second was a complete interior remodel on the 1st floor of a 1987 home in Zionsville. Obviously we were very happy with our first home, and wanted them exclusively to help us with the remodel. They knew our style and were able to create a space that was modern, yet rustic and comfortable. ReDev is a first class builder, and ever evolving. They are one of the most creative and innovative builders in the Indianapolis area. They are also eco-friendly with their approach to design, materials and energy. They are also very time conscious, and work with amazing speed. If you are looking for the a-typical builder who doesn't aspire to be a mass producer or build a cookie-cutter home, ReDev is a perfect choice.

I have worked on many projects over the years with The ReDevelopment Group and I can say that they are an incredible team. These guys have high standards on quality, customer service, and really go above and beyond the industry standards to make sure things are right for their clients and contractors. Not only would I recommend them to anyone in the market but they will my choice when I start my personal home in the future.

I have used the ReDevelopment Group to build 2 homes and an office. The latest project was a contemporary 4500sf home north of downtown Indianapolis. Each project was a true partnership between the homeowner and the Redev Group. We have been very pleased with the overall process and end product. I appreciate their willingness to implement new ideas and ability to cost engineer important features of the buildout. On our current home, they were able to help me source and install limestone blocks and aluminum panels for our roof and bumpouts, something that is very uncommon in residential construction in downtown Indianapolis. As with all big projects, there are always hurdles in the process but Micah and Josh do a really nice job responding to hiccups and making things right for the homeowner instead of trying to sweep mistakes under the rug. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
