Monte Cristo Ironworks

We learned of Monte Christo from a neighbor who had used them and from one of their staff who is also a friend. Our old front door was old and faded. They worked with us at their showroom and were very helpful in the design, offering lots of good advice. They removed our old door and frame and installed our new one in a morning, including cleanup. We love our new door and receive a lot of compliments about it. We highly recommend Monte Christo.

Our door is beautiful! There was minor damage from the contractors working at the construction site. Monte Cristo assured me it would be taken care of and they delivered with excellence!! Every employee we encountered was pleasant and had an old fashioned "customer first" attitude! Not only do they provide an outstanding quality product but they are a pleasure to do business with. During home construction my door was scratched by more than one contractor bringing materials into my home. Monte Cristo came back out and repainted the door for me and it looks brand new. We chose one of the newer modern design doors for our modern farmhouse! The iron doors are absolutely gorgeous! Love that the glass opens out making it easy to clean! We fell in love with the craftsmanship and artistry of Monte Cristo Ironworks at the OKC Home and Garden Show in 2013. When we decided to start building our own house in 2014, we knew we wanted one of their gorgeous doors to greet family and guests who would visit in our new home. We scheduled a meeting with Dustin, and he patiently took us through each type of door and listened as we described the "look" we desired. He drew it out, and they got to work creating a custom work of art. The door was constructed and installed in the agreed upon time frame, and it looked beautiful! Our builder, however, did not hire respectful or detail-oriented subcontractors. So, by the time our house was finished being built, our once-beautiful, custom, perfectly-crafted door was left with gauges, paint splatters, drywall texture smears, and brick mortar adorning it's once-gorgeous finish. My husband and I were absolutely devastated and, quite frankly, embarrassed to have people visit our home because of the condition our door was left in by our builder. A quick phone call to Dustin, however, put all of our worries and fears aside. He scheduled an appointment with us and quickly got to work restoring our door to its original luster. He painstakingly spent over four hours cleaning, adjusting, installing new weather-stripping, and refinishing the door. He worked tirelessly and diligently - and the results were amazing! Our beautiful door now truly looks breathtaking once again. Dustin saved our door! To top it off, he even volunteered his own time to help us with the backdoor of our house! He inspected and adjusted it, and even installed some weather-stripping where it had been missing! If you want a pleasurable (and easy) design experience, quality craftsmanship (made in the USA!), beautiful custom work, and the best, most professional and caring customer service you will ever experience, look no further than Monte Cristo Ironworks! I give them my highest recommendation!

We could not be happier with our Monte Cristo doors and the service we received. We chose a custom designed double door for the entry of our new home and a similar door as an exterior door on to a private patio. Monte Cristo worked with us to design both doors and then coordinated all efforts associated with the rough in requirements and final installation. The doors are very solid and well built and are holding up nicely to the Oklahoma weather conditions. We have received several complements from neighbors and have seen several other new homes in our area choosing Monte Cristo for their front doors. Great people providing a great product and service.

We love our Monte Cristo door. We had a remodel to our existing front door and it looks better than we could have ever expected. The install was very clean and they workers were very professional. We love it so much we are in the process of changing our other doors out as well.

Great experience! We wanted a more transitional style grill. We worked thru several designs with Dustin and came up with right design for our house. We are very happy with our door!

Monte Cristo ironworks sold us one of their iron doors and we are extremely happy with the purchase. I chose monte Cristo be cause they are a locally owned family run business. Their customer service is exceptional, and picking out the door was easy, the installation was great. Another reason why I chose monte Cristo is because the quality of their doors are much better than some of the other dealers I looked at. These doors are not the cheap ones made in China, these are heavy duty and I know first hand how strong they are because mine survived a tornado recently without any damage showing. Be careful when looking for doors, make sure you are not getting a cheap knock off version from China, many builders are using these because they are cheaper, in his case you pay for what you get, and I would recommend monte Cristo over everyone.
