The staff was quick to answer our questions and showed us sample of what we were looking for. Although the prices were a bit steep, we were able to negotiate a deal we were both comfortable with. Delivery was on time and delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Recently, I had an issue with one of the magnet strips in the internal mini blinds on my french doors. I called Mr Door Man to notify them of the problem and was told that a representative would call me right away. Sure enough, he did! He was able to walk me through how to fix it step by step and I had it up and running again within 2 minutes! I would definitely use them again if the need arises.
