Buyers Beware! They convinced us to get independent lines in our kitchen when our box couldn’t even hold them. Their worker Rich makes promises that he can’t keep then the owner Lenny says well he was just trying to be nice and it’s not on contract when they can’t deliver. When I confronted the owner over the phone about my independent lines being put in and my box bot being able to hold the extra lines his worker Rich quickly turned around and said no they could get them working that they’d twin all my lines. He was down there almost an hour playing around with everything then was out front on phone for over an hour. When he finally came back in he tried to charge me over an extra $1300! From what I already paid to have the Job done. When I plugged my fridge into the main line, the fridge turned on and the breaker tripped and shut off. For all 3 lines it did this. I confronted Rich and he told me it wasn’t his problem and that they couldn’t get them working 100%, And they expected me to pay more money?! No way!!! On top of that they were going to replace my main line pipe and electric box but didn’t mention anything about underwriter and inspection of work. When I confronted the worker Rich he said “oh we don’t know Brookhaven town laws, most of the work we do is in Huntington” Told him since he doesn’t know the town code rules I won’t be doing the work with them. The owner Lenny threatened me that he was calling the town on us and that he has pictures inside my home showing my kitchen. Red flag after red flag with this company. Buyers beware. Do NOT use them!!! Now I’m without any power for my fridge, AC & stove in my kitchen and have to run extension cords until I can get someone legit in here to fix the mess this company made. Stay far far away from neighborhood electrics. Waste of $3000 and in a worse spot then we started.
