The owners Alfredo and Kenny from Shine XD are just amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone. Easy to get a quote, great communication, fair prices and flexible to our WFH schedule. Kenny did a wonderful job pressure washing our front driveway, walkway pads + stones, sidewalks, backyard pad and fountain. He removed all of the oil, dirt, plant stains, and tire marks that have accumulated over the years and I'm more than satisfied. Everything looks brand new again! Kenny is a very hard worker and the results of his efforts are exactly what I was hoping for. Thank You Shine XD for the QUALITY work you have done. We are your customers for life!

ShineXD worked with us on a complex arrangement to clean 29 houses in our HOA neighborhood, all with invoicing directly to the owners. There were a lot of options for customization but also the pricing tiers were pretty simple for those who just wanted a simple package. We got a really excellent price out of it and the customer service was top notch. They cleaned our window and inside screens (we moved them outside). I love how their values and working tenets are on the front page of their website. It goes to show how committed they are to transparency and demonstrate that you can trust them, because they're willing to let customers call them out on anything awry. Kenny is really great at over communicating, which is important to keep misunderstandings at bay. We had a 44+ email thread between ourselves over a couple of weeks as we nailed down requirements and obstacles. He offered to do a site visit to cut down on this, but I wanted to save him the gas by submitting photos of our site. Only downside was that there were occasionally missed windows on some houses but he was happy to rectify immediately and would not deposit any checks until everyone was satisfied with the work. The work itself was very high quality. Windows were very clean and there was no chemical residue because they just use purified, softened water. (we had to provide water access on our site, which is hard water) Disclosure: I did shop for competing bids, but ShineXD was a friend of one of the residents so he gave us a nicer price than regular folk. This review was also posted to Yelp and Nextdoor.

These guys were not only professional and timely, but did an outstanding job at an incredibly reasonable price. They quickly and efficiently cleaned our 20, extremely dirty (dust and ash from over a year and a half of no maintenance on my end) solar panels to completely spotless and sparkling. VERY PLEASED. I recommended them to my neighbor and two nearby family members and they got over there same day and did solar + gutters + full house power washes for all 3 of them - all done on the same day they cleaned my solar panels. Courteous, friendly, helpful, and COVID-compliant. They showed up, had all the best equipment, and did an amazing job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this locally owned, Bay Area company. I will be using them again, and soon.

If you need anything power washed this is the company to use! Their prices are competitive, they do a phenomenal job. I could not believe the before and after. My place looks brand new. I will definitely use this company again.
