I ordered a specific fence and sent them photographs of the one that they installed on anther property showing what I wanted. They send a proposal after a few weeks, which I accepted, sending the required deposit. That was in May, as of last week, ( end of July) they finally got around to installing the fence and it was not the fence I ordered but a cheap similar version. Unfortunately, I'm now stuck with a cheap $3,800 fence that i don't want. The only response from the owner was, I don't know where the mix up occurred.
