We chose this company based on the many positive reviews they have online. From beginning to end, dealing with them was easy as they were very responsive and accessible. Jim and Jared completed a hand built fence for us very quickly without compromising on quality and craftsmanship. Pricing for this calibre of work is quite fair. The fence is very solid and looks great. Excellent work.

Would we recommend Premium Fence Company? DEFINITELY! Why? It started with Simon Mitchell of Premium Fence coming to our home to give us a quote for fencing our back yard and building a pergola to replace the old one. Both my husband and I were very impressed on how knowledgeable and professional Simon was. He showed us pictures of the different options available and discussed each one in detail, which some of the others did not do. After reviewing the different quotes we decided to go with Premium Fence Company even though it wasn’t the least expensive one. We felt most comfortable dealing with Simon. Mid-April 2016, Carlos and his crew arrived and the next day all the materials arrived. The materials had to be craned into our back yard, very impressive! Also impressive was the fact that Simon had ordered the exact amount needed. The only level part of our fence is the back lane, one side there is about a 16” drop into our neighbour’s yard and the other side at different levels, with part of our neighbour’s huge cedar tree growing into our side (see photo). I also wanted them to try to save my beautiful Wisteria when they demolished the old pergola which I was told may not be possible. As you can see by the photo they did save it! The trunk was wrapped tightly around a pole but Carlos and his crew managed to save the Wisteria and work around it. It was such a pleasure to work with Carlos and his crew. They were very accommodating to our needs and they did a fabulous job! Premium Fence Company is very fortunate to have Simon, Carlos, his crew, the man (sorry I can’t remember his name) and his sons who came twice to collect all the old materials, to represent their company. I obtained a quote from Premium Fence Company to install two fences on both sides of my property. They provided the best quote and the quality of work not only met but exceed my expectations. The two men who installed the fence where on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. The fence looks so good, I have obtained a quote to have the gates replaced on both sides as well.

We are a large townhouse complex and researched several fencing companies before deciding on Premium Fencing; a decision we have not regretted. We found the senior officers of the company easy to work with, and always pleasant and professional. Our complex was undergoing a complete remediation, and Premium had to work in conjunction with several other trades which could have been very challenging. However, they gave every consideration when working with others on site regarding times and areas where they could work, and this made a huge difference to the smooth running of the job.
