Arrived in a timely manner. Very professional and friendly. The company provided friendly reminders via email and appointment notifications, which was very helpful. My first time using the service. I was educated on my fireplace and all my questions were answered.

Best chimney sweeps in the business! In over 40 years of having my woodstove tended to, I have never had such great service! The guys inspected every inch of my chimney and woodstove. Took tons of before and after pictures. Explained everything in terms that anyone could understand and answered every question I had. Due to covid19 they came in with all necessary precautions, put down a tarp where they would be working and didn't leave a spot of dirt or ash once they were finished. Clean Sweep will be my go-to from now on! And there's no way to beat the price! Wishing I had found them years ago!

Just had my chimney serviced - what a great team! Professional top to bottom. They cleaned, scanned and inspected the chimney flue liner, cleared away built-up creosote and inspected the top cap they installed several years ago - CLEAN "SWEEP" BILL OF HEALTH!

Although I was not happy with the diagnosis for my fireplace, Clean Sweep of Anne Arundel did an excellent job of cleaning it. The team arrived within the scheduled time, were friendly (they brought treats for my dogs!) and professional. My room was protected from dust and the fireplace area was left cleaner than when they arrived. If I had a fireplace I could continue to use, I would definitely call them again.

Excellent and professional cleaning. Techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Best dryer cleaning company I have ever dealt with. Maybe a tad more expensive than the competition, but they are worth the money to know you are getting a real cleaning. They take pictures to document the entire process, so they can show you they actually completed the job.
