This company is great. I live in the mountains of Colorado and tried to get three companies to respond to me - wanting to purchase a Vermont Casting Natural Gas Stove. With no luck using a local distributor - I called Embers, far from where I live, and they were on the task in minutes. Super great business. Super fast delivery - and a great price. Vermont Castings Stove's are not cheap. You would think that I would be able to find someone in Colorado that would have been on top of a possible sale. But, NO! Embers was perfect - great service and follow through and easy to contact - talk to a real person. FABULOUS!!!
