A special thank you to Eric & Sons team for making this whole custom fireplace experience smooth. We love the look and use the fireplace often. From the start we had a positive experience with Sean in the showroom. He was great with answering questions and responding to emails. One of the owners, Eric came out to discuss what our needs were in detail, measured and sketched the fireplace design he felt would look good in the corner. He had such great ideas and was in contact with us throughout the whole process in helping with the brick product and design recommendations. He even suggested a lighter finish on the insert for the fireplace and it looks amazing with the rest of our décor. Eric also made us a custom wood mantel and nailed it! One of a kind and a conversation piece. Additionally, the crew was so professional and hard working. His project manager Lucas was also involved from the point of building framework to final touches and was not only one of the nicest individuals, but professional, hands-on and knowledgeable. We really noticed teamwork among everyone which was great. Prior to this work we had so much remodel work done on our home and by far Eric & Sons stands out as a class act!!!
