Stoves 'N Stuff Ltd

Tried in January to get these people to come and service. Our fireplace never heard back from them now it’s January 2024 and we haven’t heard from them. We were just there earlier this week. We need to get our fireplace serviced.

Excedent, sale through install. Stove even better than expected. Installers polite and took their time training. Old stove removed and hauled away.

Stoves 'N Stuff in Stroudsburg... If you like and want to feel stressed and frustrated, just buy a fireplace there. Unfriendly and unconsiderate store and intaller. It took us more than 3 weeks to get to speak with someone on the phone to do the a simple appointment for the installation... now I am trying to contact the installation company because we are seeing water leaking just one week after the installation. I can't get no one on the phone and no one care to call us back to let us know if it serious or not! And of course the store Stoves'N... don't even care "to say I am sorry for you troubles"... just " please contact the installer Joe Koch...

this review is for Stoves 'N Stuff in Stroudsburg Pennsylvania. The store has nice fireplace choices. They also sell other than stoves. The bad thing about this store is that they only have 1 installer -- Joe Koch who does not bother to call costumer for appointment updates. I have been trying to call this guy to set up an appointment but he seems to be out fishing... So, buy your stove from other places where they have good and reliable installers for their products.

Went into the Stroudsburg store and met Katie she was a big help Very patient and thorough in her explanation of all the different types of stoves purchase my stove the install went fabulously they were very professional very neat you would never even know they were in my home highly recommend stove and stuff
