Great company! The results were beautiful, and they took great care to show sample finishes to make sure it was what we wanted. They finished on time, there was no dust anywhere, and gave clear instructions for the few days of curing. Also, very nice people!

Thrilled with the responsiveness, quality, and ease with which my entire home was updated withh new flooring and refinished flooring. Berj and his team came highly recommended for good reason, and I could not be happier. Not only that, they did the entire project while I was out of town, so coming home to this level of quality was a gift. All the furniture had been moved back perfectly, and the place was spotless. The pricing was also very fair considering the high quality and the experience of professionalism throughout.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Berj and Eco Floor Sanding on a project in our house. We needed refinishing of our stairs and patching some holes in our hallway (after carpet had been removed). Although it wasn’t a large project for them, they demonstrated exceptional patience and responsiveness throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final coat, their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident. Berj took the time to understand my needs and preferences, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. He was more than willing to use a different product (a low-voc water-based stain) and even commented on how much he liked it :) Due to the difficulty for my family to avoid the stairs for entire days at a time, he was flexible around coming in shifts to apply coats and minimize the impact to us. What impressed me most was their responsiveness and patience. They were prompt in their communication, whether it was through phone calls or texts. Whenever I reached out with inquiries Berj always responded in a timely manner, making me feel valued as a customer and gave me confidence in the professionalism of the company. During the refinishing process, their team demonstrated skill, precision and care. They were respectful of my home, taking measures to minimize disruption and mess. There was one area that had been shortcut by the builder who had installed the original wood and Berj came and worked on it himself to hand-sand it and figure out a solution to meld the area with the rest, given the limited options we had to disguise it. Overall, my experience with Eco Floor Sanding was outstanding. Their patience and responsiveness were remarkable, making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible . I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Eco Floor Sanding. We had an existing floor separated by a threshold and were in need of a new floor for our kitchen remodel. We were very nervous about being able to remove all thresholds and matching the kitchen floor so they looked like one original floor, especially since the two floors didn't even quite match up. Even the heights are slightly different. I did not have to worry about a thing. The floor came out so beautiful. The team was courteous and professional and respected the fact that they were working in someone's home. They showed incredible attention to detail and worked with us to ensure we were happy with the finish as well. At the close of the project, they told us how to care for the floor going forward. This was just the best experience we could have had. The communication throughout the project was exceptional. It is not often you find someone as responsive as they were. We were put completely at ease and trusted that our project would be perfect. We are thrilled with our new floor.

We hired Eco to redo floors in a home we purchased. The floors, while initially installed in 2001, were not in great shape. While other purveyors looked around and gave an estimate, Berj took a lot of time. he measured the space and used a meter to read the levels of moisture under our dishwasher. Based on a high reading (the dishwasher that came with the house leaked), he said we needed to wait a few months to sand and stain. We thus hired him, as he was the most thorough and professional. We loved the choice we made in using his company. He was communicative, courteous, prompt, and professional. The work he did was exceptional. When humid whether (and my request to use to different finishes) caused the work to run over by two days, he worked into the night to complete the project with enough time for it to cure before we moved back into the house. I highly recommend him.
