Unique Flooring & Design

My family has used Unique Flooring & Design in almost every home we've purchased (about 6 homes). We originally shopped around, dealt with some amateur companies, and paid the price for cheap service. Finding Unique Flooring and Design completely changed the game. My standards are forever set higher than ever. Each job has been executed with care, professionalism, and perfection. Never have I ever had a bad comment regarding the owner or their work ethics. We will surely be back.

We scheduled an appointment and Nelson came out to assess our backsplash with ease. That’s where the service ended. We were extremely patient in waiting for our estimate however it has been weeks and we have since had the work done by another gentleman who did an amazing job!! Despite calls to inquire about the estimate and even stopping by in hopes of expediting things this company failed miserably. It seems as if the lady at the store is completely unprofessional or just incapable. We kept seemingly getting put off and told for example “I’m waiting to hear from the distribution warehouse” or “I will get to that estimate when I can.” We had to provide our contact email at least 4 times as it kept getting misplaced. To reiterate Nelson was professional and confident and I thought we would use his team for the job however the store front(1 lady) failed to provide any service at all. Perhaps given this review she will be motivated to provide service to the next customer.
