We love the quality of the furniture sold by LodgeCraft and the fact that it is all American made. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, friendly and amazing to work with. We have ordered nightstands, end tables, dining chairs, a coffee table and lamps. Everything was delivered exactly as we asked for. I purchased furniture through Lodgecraft. The furniture was beautiful and the customer service was very good. I dealt with Ranita and she was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. One of the pieces of hardware on the night stand was completely rusted out and Ranita followed up with the manufacturer and made sure the issue was addressed and then followed up with me to make sure that I received the new hardware. I would order through them again. As a consumer, I should have asked questions about delivery because I was not aware that the furnitue came on pallets and we were responsible for getting it into the house.

Used Lodgecraft to outfit our home after completion in 2008. I had several special requests and all were met. I asked for bunk beds with curved and unique shapes. My picture that I provided was duplicated to perfection. It was a focal point of our loft. We have recently moved and didn't want to leave these memory makers of our grandchildren behind. Two gentlemen came to our aid and dismantled them, and in the rain and mud transported them 12 miles farther into the wilderness and set them up again. The beds and all other furniture purchased from them are warm, inviting, and enduring accents to the rustic life with comfort. In addition to inside furniture, I purchased outside furniture. As there will be additional needs in our new home, Lodgecraft, in Sommers and Eureka, will hear my calls.
