Natasha and her team at Natural Carpentry did an exceptional job on our porch railing and front stairs. She came to the house to see the project, brainstormed with us ideas and approaches, listened to our needs and ideas and proposed a solution that fit our style, timelines and budget. She started the work on time and finished early, leaving the work site spotless at the end of each day. We are thrilled with the finished product (new railings around the porch and down a retaining wall, new hand built stairs and gates to stairs and side yard). We will hire Natural Carpentry again without hesitation.

Natural Carpentry did a full kitchen reno and my experience was wonderful. I am so HAPPY with my fabulous new kitchen! Communication was extremely important to me and Natural Carpentry has 5 stars with their friendly and professional manner! They answered any queries I had with their knowledgeable expertise and integrity. Any other persons brought onto the job were equally friendly and professional which added to the experience. Natural Carpentry met with the deadlines quoted and with my budget; along with always being respectful of my home by tidying up at the end of the day as I was living in my home during the reno. Their workmanship is excellent and it shows beautifully in my kitchen. It is such pleasure to cook and entertain in my new kitchen. I look forward to working with Natural Carpentry again when I'm ready to reno the bathrooms.

I hired Natural Carpentry to renovate a tired, old, dark and cold 70's style basement into a bright, modern and warm beautiful space. I was kept up-to-date on everything; they always cleaned up before leaving for the day; always very respectful; professional and a very hard working team. The basement is the 4th project I have hired this little company do. I wouldn't keep hiring them if I didn't think they were fantastic. I hired Natasha Fritz and her company, Natural Carpentry, to do a renovation on my third floor, based on a recommendation given to me by another contractor. The job consisted in breaking down a wall leading onto a closed, uninsulated balcony into and turning the balcony into extension of the room, creating a proper floor, covering it with engineered hardwood, dry-walling, and painting. From our first meeting, I was very impressed by her professionalism and competence. She was able to quickly and accurately assess the nature of underlying structure without opening the walls or floor, and gave me a very reasonable and detailed estimate, that was better than another I'd obtained. She was very clear about possible start dates, and kept to the schedule she'd proposed. When the job was started, she was there to supervise her two colleagues, and the dismantling of the walls and floor was done extremely quickly, and cleanly, without making any kind of mess on the floor or the stairs. After that, the job proceeded extremely quickly and professionally; they were invariably punctual, arriving early to put in more than a full day each day, such that they were done a day earlier than scheduled. The work was of the highest quality, and the work-site was extremely clean and tidy at the end of each day. Natasha called me at the end of each day to report on their progress, and how the job was going. When the job was done, it looked fantastic! From the start to the finish it was an excellent experience; Natasha herself is extremely professional, but also very personable and likeable. She easily inspired confidence and trust, and her colleagues were likewise extremely courteous and professional. I can't say enough good things about this job, and only regret that I haven't completed a review earlier! I will definitely be using Natural Carpentry again for work on my house, and will give her name to anybody looking for a top-notch contractor in Toronto.

We hired Natural Carpentry to do extensive drywall work in our loft last year. Natasha , Dan and their team of sub contractors were efficient, thorough and great to work with.
