Called for garage door opener repair. Was pleased to get same day service. Service tech was on-time. Reconnected opener & it was working. After discussion with service tech, he was able to determine the potential problem & recommended a part replacement which I approved. He also applied some grease to the drive .

I highly recommend this company, Jeff was so nice, he came and immediately solved the problem he was honest, I didn’t need a new door like 2 other company said , they pulled in the driveway, never looked at my motor which was the problem, got everything working quick, the price was reasonable. When I need a new door this is who I will choose. Happy customer!

Travis arrived on time, even a little early. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He actually wound up having to fix our garage door spring that another garage door company had screwed up. He was quick to answer questions and we felt very at ease with him. We will use this garage door company again. Fair prices and we didn't have to wait for weeks for them to arrive. Were here in two days from the time of our repair call. Would always be willing to have Travis with any of garage problems. He is a Star.

Nate arrived within 30 minutes of the text from his office saying that he was on his way. He listened to my problem - the company had sent out another technician two weeks before who had changed the battery in my 13 year old keypad, reprogrammed my code into it, and checked out my remote. Ten days later, the keypad stopped working again. Nate honored the 90 day warranty the earlier technician had promised, checked out the battery and then the keypad BEFORE replacing the keypad for me. THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT. Respectful and professional.
