Voyles Overhead Door

Voyles has still not completed the garage install. This was a 2 door install on new construction. Voyles was plagued with issues getting the doors to run properly on the track as well as installing the Genie system properly. They were the ones who pushed the Genie system over the Liftmaster. It has taken multiple visits and often they don't show even after waiting at the site all day for them. Also when they installed the Genie system, they left off some of the components that were required. This kept the remote access from working at all. At first they told us "sorry we're not responsible for the app, you have to call tech support". After working with Tech Support, they determined it wasn't working because Voyles hadn't installed it properly. There were multiple other quality and service issues. Please come and complete your work.
