Mondus Distinction

We were searching for unique lawn ornaments for our home in Brockville. Fortunately my wife discovered Mondus Distinction which had excellent descriptions of pieces that fit our ideas. We ordered two pieces and due to the weight of the gargoyle Lucie, the owner of the company suggested that we could meet her in Ottawa during a day we had planned to go there. This saved us shipping costs and ensured that the piece remained in mint condition. This was all completed in a very timely manner and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the unique pieces, so much so that we have just made another purchase. Lucie is extremely personable and professional and has succeeded in acquiring unique and high quality products. I found this company before Christmas looking for a gargoyle for my husband. I loved their products being an avid gardener too! I was out of their free shipping area and my purchase was heavy - 80lbs. I placed my order on the 6th of December hoping I could get it before Christmas. I received an email within 48 hrs, order placed on weekend, asking if I wanted a special message with card. I asked what the shipping cost would be and was told they would be around my area in the next few days and would deliver it themselves! They were even thoughtful enough to make sure it wasn't supposed to be a surprise for the person had it delivered to, as one of the gargoyles was too big to wrap. Excellent customer service and I have already told friends and family about their website as a place to get great gift ideas for me! Looking forward to doing more business with this company in the future.

I quite inadvertently found Mondus Distinction while searching for unique gardening gifts. I was amazed at the wide range and variety of product and placed my order. What impressed me almost as much as the quality of Mondus Distinction's product was the exceptional customer service I received. I heard from Mondus almost immediately upon receiving my order; I was advised that 2 of the items were out of stock but they would be receiving new stock within a week. And sure enough, I heard back from Mondus a week later to say that the items had arrived and that my order was being shipped the next day. I arrived on time and with all items in one piece. I also had to email Mondus to ask for information on one of my items and I received a reply within a very short span of time. I stumbled across this site a few years ago and it has been my go-to site for birthdays and xmas gifts ever since. I love that the list prices include tax (why don't more retails do so? ) and of course, as I am in the Ottawa area, shipping is free and usually arrives within a few days. The garden ornaments and small statues are unique and good quality items, instantly beloved by their recipients. Clearly, I am a huge fan!
