“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“I hired them to gut and remodel an entire bathroom. I found them to be good and am recommending them. I gave them pictures of the color tile and countertop I wanted and then they bought the actual materials. We had to change the design of the shower wall tile from 12" x 12" to 2" x 2" tiles. I like the result. It looks unique and gives the shower area a more casual appearance than what I had originally intended to have them install. The granite countertop looks beautiful. The wood-look floor tile came out very good also. It even sounds like wood when I walk on it! The only place we cut corners was on painting the walls, but judging from the 2 other quotes I got on this project, that seems to be the norm these days. Unless you pay top dollar, which I did not. I would have appreciated more explanation as to the "Why" we were doing something vs doing it another way, but it just wasn't there. Although, I was able to call and talk to the project manager almost always at a moment's notice. So I never felt abandoned or that they had walked off the job. From talking to other people's experiences with general contractors that seems to be a situation that can occur. So to summarize: If you're looking for a contractor who will complete your project from beginning to end, will get you very high quality shower tile, bathroom floor tile, and granite countertop, and is available at a moment's notice for questions, then Hayberg Restoration Network is a company you'll want to do business with.”

“Chane Bidwell and his men did a complete renovation of our kitchen and pantry all with custom cabinets. Their work was beautiful and they all worked long hours to produce the best product possible. Chane was very patient through out the myriad of decisions that I had to make in creating this new kitchen. He has creative ideas and a lot of experience. He lives an hour from my home, but we were still able to create, plan and make changes as needed. His men are all very respectful and honest. It was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend this company.”

“Alberto is an excellent contractor. He remodeled our cabin in Blueridge. He is very ethical and will go out of his way to make any improvements he thinks the house needs. “Manzer Contracting does top-notch work and it is always a pleasure working with this general contractor. Manzer has completed several large remodeling jobs for us including: complete master bath and closet remodel, complete basement remodel, a front door stoop remodel (replace single door with double, add a roof structure over door stoop and rebuild the brick stairs to the stoop), and also a back deck remodel/update. In each project, they worked closely with us through all stages of the remodel, including the initial design/conceptual stage and budgeting stage which was helpful to us. It is worth noting the project stayed on budget (except in those few cases where we decided to add a change request at our additional cost). Their design consultant, Jenny, was extremely helpful in guiding us through some of the up-front design decisions as well as more specific design choices later in the project such as lighting, flooring, tile selections, etc. Manzer's on-site crew has always been prompt, hard-working and respectful. In each case they kept the work site as clean as possible from one day to the next. Overall, the communication from day to day with respect to the project schedule was always clear and effective. We continue to enjoy the updates Manzer Contracting made in our home and we are thankful to have been able to work with such a wonderful group.”
