Absolutely stellar communication. Organized, efficient, great ideas and suggestions, with wonderful dispositions and sense of humor. Terrific selection of subcontractors who appeared on time as scheduled, and clearly respectful of Adelaine’s expertise and organization. Every meeting began with budget considerations. Our experience with Adelaine was absolutely delightful. We finished on time and within budget. Totally satisfied with our project and still use Adelaine and original subcontractors.

We cannot say strongly enough how professional, efficient and pleasant our building experience with Adelaine Construction! The quality of the work was top-notch and creative. Noah Adelaine and his crew of workers were polite and their work was superior. The communication and billing aspect by Melissa Adelaine was over-the-top. Melissa always answered our questions with clarity and fairness. If we were to build another house (which we're not!), we would not hesitate one bit to have Adelaine Construction build it!

In 2013 we totally remodeled a home built in 1993 w/ Adelaine Construction; and we lived onsite during all the "commotion"! So, to say we got to know Adelaine Construction up close and personal is totally true. Melissa and Noah are the professionals' PROFESSIONAL! Their attention to detail; use of only the best materials; hiring the most skilled contractors where needed and a weekly budget update made the five month ordeal seamless and actually FUN! They are so skilled for their years. And, they are totally delightful as people! They moved us through all three levels as they worked as well as our two dogs...big dogs! Truly wish we could have built a new home from the ground up w/ them. We'd be happy to speak w/ anyone personally about their skills, work ethic, trustworthiness, communicative abilities, etc. It was a JOY to work w/ them.

Over the past two years, I have had extensive work done on my property by Adelaine Construction and their excellent crew. It's hard to say enough good things about their integrity, attention to detail, communication, promptness, efficiency, workmanship, and overall dedication to the project at hand. Their efficiency extends to finishing projects on a very timely basis. The longtime Adelaine crew reflects the ideals of Melissa and Noah and are a pleasure to have on site. Not only do I not worry during the project, I miss the team when they pack up and leave! Their word - and work - are solid gold. I highly recommend this company.

Adelaine Construction completed a six month home renovation. Both interior and exterior remodeling was done. With their expertise they took our ideas and their ideas and turned them into the perfect renovation. The Adelaine crew are true craftsmen. It showed in all the quality work that was done on this project. They are a good company to work with. Good communication, good organization and really nice people. We loved the results and are very pleased with the renovation.

Melissa and Noah have followed in their father's footsteps. They have satisfied our design requests even though we are 300 miles away. They have corrected items not perfectly completed before we would even see the property to comment. Simply the best and reasonably priced too.
