American Heritage, (Shem, Hope, Josh, David, Dayton, Hank and the AHH Pool team) are wonderful to work with! We have been very impressed with their work ethic, honesty, and loyal work. But we are also very pleased with the project they did! Our pool is beautiful! The pool is the perfect oasis I was hoping for!! Pools these days are not cheap so it’s scary paying that much, but so reassuring when you work with a company that truly cares. At one point in the process we reached out to the company with some concerns and they were very quick to respond. They took full accountability for the concern and fixed it in a very timely manner! Hope was fabulous to work with!! She was very, very honest and understanding. She made us feel like valued customers, not just a price tag! We honestly can’t say enough good things about this company’s work, ethic, and individuals they hire!

American Heritage built our pool and we are so happy with the work they did. They had great communication throughout the process and we always knew what to expect next. They were always on schedule and have been very responsive even when we needed to fix or adjust something. We are very pleased with the final product and we have already referred some of our friends to them.

Shem Foster and Jon Hunter with American Heritage Homes built our gorgeous second home in Hurricane and we couldn’t be happier with the design inside and out. It feels like a luxurious hotel with its upscale touches. They were extremely responsive to our minimal requests and made the entire experience painless. We have never had any issue contacting them before or after the sell and everything we ask is quickly addressed. We were extremely fortunate to contract with Shem and Josh Foster to add a pool to the backyard which they completed ahead of schedule and made this dream vacation home that much dreamier. AHH puts their word behind what they do and we felt they looked after us and kept our interests at the forefront. We would be excited to work with them again if ever the opportunity.

We had Seth and Shem Foster and their team, build us a house at Dixie Springs in Hurricane, Utah 10 years ago. They gave us freedom to make changes in their plan and really make it our home. We were very happy with the home and during that time made wonderful friendships with the Fosters. We needed to move to Northern Utah a few months ago to be closer to family. We again went to American Heritage to see if they would sell the home they built for us. It was an easy sale because of the quality of the home. We would highly recommend that anyone wanting to build a home in Southern Utah should certainly consider American Heritage as their builder. Richard & Valorie Amesse: We have been living in our custom AMERICAN HERITAGE home for about 18 months and are really enjoying it, as it was built to our specifications. Seth said about the plans they offer, “Forget all of that and just tell me what you want” and we did. They created for us exactly what we wanted and bent over backwards to accommodate any changes we had. They were honest, friendly, expeditious and became almost family. It was a great experience working with them. Even after the build they were responsive to our request for referrals to other sources to assist us. When there were issues they made them right and we could recommend them without reservations with the highest accolades and praises. We are so happy they built our house. Our experience couldn’t have been better. In today’s world I find this to be quite exceptional as compared to many stories I have heard from neighbors who’s houses were built by other companies. Seth & Shem were GREAT to work with . They did a FANTASTIC job building our "forever home". Even "years" after settlement on the home, they are always still responsive to us with any questions we have.

I refer “Rock Tite Builders” because they are incredible custom builders and they really take care of my clients with care and consideration to their needs and they never leave me out of the equation. They always communicate and let you know where they are at, at all times. They meet deadlines. I feel very confident, when I turn a client over to them. They are always on my #1 list of great builders in the area. The customer care during and after the completion of the home is top notch. I am always happy when my clients are happy and these guys absolutely reach the mark.

We love American Heritage! We just moved into our new home built by them and it's beautiful and so well done. They were great to work with, super responsive, and the superintendent of our home build, DJ, was awesome! Would definitely recommend!
