The first step in our process is going through design. Our homeowners fill out a detailed questionnaire which allows our team to get to know the makeup of the family, their needs, their interests and any special requests. From that point our residential designer begins this interactive portion of the process where we create your forever, custom home digitally. Our house plans are incredibly detailed so our homeowners can visualize their home from its inception. With the residential designer’s guidance and your input, a house just right for you is created! Once the design is complete your project moves to the estimating stage. When developing your custom proposal, all details you have chosen for the home are taken into consideration whether it is the type of siding or the style of interior door knobs. Before your proposal is finished, it goes through a review with our entire team, ensuring all perspectives weigh in on the pieces that put together your forever home. After feedback from the team, the estimator goes through the proposal with you item-by-item. We know everyone has a budget and we work diligently with you to ensure you are comfortable. With your finalized plans and proposal in hand, we are ready to break ground and start construction. Handing over the keys is the ceremonious close to the home-building journey however, when you are part of the Bass Built family, that is not where we part ways. After living in your home for one year, our team returns to check in and walk through the house. Your home lives and breathes just like we do and after one year of seasons where you are running your air conditioning and heat, we take care of any minor cosmetic items that appear during that time. Even after the one year anniversary, we remain present and available to our homeowners.
