I hired Ulises and team for my backyard renovation project. It involved demo, building a complex 10 feet x 80feet wide concrete retaining wall with fence, walkway around the house with concrete slabs. Final output(attached pics) speaks for the excellent work they have done. Ulises has been exceptionally professional, showing up on time and easy to communicate and always suggests the client all possible options so that the client can choose what's best for them. After speaking to 4-5 GC's i chose him for his professionalism and the amazing price he offered for this scale of a project and he delivered! My neighbors also hired him seeing the work at my site.
