BEAR CREEK design + build

Bear Creek Design+Build performed our home's central master bath and family room remodel. Going into this project, we wanted someone to listen to our ideas, help us determine what we wanted, and make it a reality. We are thrilled with the results. Steve took our requirements and made them better than we had imagined. We appreciated Steve's attention to detail daily, being directly involved in the work as it was being done, the quality of the work, and the finished product. Steve is a pleasure to work with. I researched several design/build companies before selecting Bear Creek Design Build. We were starting to remodel our kitchen and needed a 3-sided fireplace removed and we knew we wanted something different for our pantry but did not know what. The ideas and attention to detail are top notch. I could not be happier with the communication, expert design, and quality of work. On top of that, they are exceptional and cleaning up the job site each day and at the end of the job. Your home is your biggest asset, I would highly recommend Bear Creek design to work with. Bear Creek helps us design and install an elevator into our newly build Flying Horse Community, Colorado Springs home. My wife and I wanted to future proof our new home, and adding an elevator would be an accessory that would always add to the resale of the house we were building as well as usability. The builder provided the extra power feeds and kept the utilities out of the way for the future elevator (that part was simple for the builder). Bear Creek did the additional structural augmentation design and pulled all the building permits needed. Bear Creek coordinated with the elevator company, so the installation happened with no issues. Lastly, Bear Creek finished the necessary trim work, so the elevator is almost invisible within the house, except for the elevator call and floor position indicators. Great to work with and they really know their stuff.

Steve is amazing! He is a genius. He transformed our deck from a disaster to a masterpiece. We were able to sell our home for way more than we thought because the curb appeal was so dramatic. I would not hesitate to use him again and tell folks to use him. Process was smooth and enjoyable.
