Bellwether Design-Build is a builder of fine homes, located in Asheville, North Carolina. We are fluent in all aspects of residential home construction, including custom homes, new construction, remodeling and design-build. We are best known for our extraordinary attention to design, detail, and sustainable building practices. We bring more than 20 years of experience to the table. Owner Brad Rice began his journey as a carpenter in Boone, North Carolina, and later studied under a Master Finish Carpenter in Portland, Oregon. Brad’s hands-on experience and his strong relationship with his subcontractors have given him a thorough understanding of the construction industry.
