Bruce P. Donovan, President of Bruce Donovan Construction, Inc., graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering. He is also certified to install helical piers. He believes in continued education going to seminars and classes to stay abreast of new ideas to better serve the customer. Bruce grew up in a construction oriented family. He worked for his father and brother in the commercial and residential masonry business and worked his way through college as a rough and finish carpenter. After receiving his degree in 1986 he worked in the engineering field for a short time. Preferring hands on aspects of construction, Bruce started a commercial and residential carpentry business. The business was incorporated in 1992.
