We hired Bryan Casey Construction for a main floor refresh in our home which included refinishing current hardwood floors, new hardwood floors in a previously carpeted area, updated kitchen island and lighting throughout the main floor. The experience was ok and with any project there was good and bad, so we recommend with some watchouts. Julie has a great vision and ideas, which was a great bonus. Julie stretched us outside our comfort zone and her suggestions were all great for the refresh. We are happy with the finished result despite a few challenges. A challenge of the project was a project manager change halfway through the project and communication. We were often reaching out for updates, being asked questions by sub-contractors because they didn't receive clear communication. Another challenge was a mistake by the team that resulted in needing to re-do a large section of the hardwood floors and extending the project. BCC did the right thing and fixed the problem, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we understand a project like this will have challenges and BCC was a good partner in this project.

We hired Bryan Casey construction to remodel our dysfunctional laundry room and our bathroom. Julie listened to our needs and designed beautiful and functional spaces. They had to come back for a repair, as happens with any project. The team was responsive to our needs and fixed the issue to our satisfaction. We would hire them again.

The entire process of working with Julie and the Bryan Casey Construction team was smooth, stress-free, enjoyable and on schedule! We came with a big wish list of items for our main floor/kitchen remodel, and they helped us find ways through the kitchen facelift to achieve everything we wanted to within a budget range we were comfortable with, finding creative ways to "save here while spending there." Most importantly, they are upfront, honest, immediate to communicate any changes/issues, and detailed. The BCC team working on the cabinets, paint, hardwoods, electrical, plumbing, etc were all fantastic. Worked efficiently, tidy, friendly, and the quality of work was excellent. Working with Julie on the design was easy, not intimidating, she found ways to personalize design details for us, and worked on options until we found ones we loved. After searching for three years to find a company that could bring our dreams to reality--and enhance those dreams along the way--we were thrilled when we were introduced to Julie and Bryan. From our first encounter, I knew that it was going to be a great fit. Our main goals were to move our laundry out of our most used walkway, create a mudroom in that space, open the dining room to the kitchen, and add on to the house to create a dream closet. Julie and Bryan took all that information, and brought back plans that did all that and more! Instead of simply opening the kitchen to the dining room, they presented a solution that ensured when we host family events everyone can be connected. Walls came down, rooms were created, and our first floor opened up. Bryan Casey Construction was supportive and flexible through the entire process. While it is never fun to have your entire first floor under construction, they made it as easy as possible. The construction team was courteous, timely, and responsive. For example, as the closet addition was underway, I shared my concern that the closet was not big enough--rather than trying to convince me otherwise, they took out measuring tapes and plotted out what it would look like to take some space from our primary bedroom to create a larger closet. In another case, we suggested that flipping the existing dining room and current office would allow for a larger walk-in pantry and for the office to have doors. The Bryan Casey team went to work and created plans to expand the pantry, add a coffee bar where the doorway to the dining room was, and create storage in the new office space. When it came to color and surface choices, Julie was amazingly helpful. We completely changed our home's color scheme and she provided guidance that made sure we were true to the feel of our home. She quickly picked up on our style and made sure that choices that were offered fit our needs. Having choices narrowed for us was super helpful and saved time. If you are looking for a full service construction/remodel company, I would highly recommend Bryan Casey Construction. Having both the architecture and design in one was amazing. Julie was our primary contact throughout the process and was responsive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They have several vendors that have been vetted that have amazing materials and selection. Our project was a 7-month (within the projected timeframe) full first floor renovation that created a super functional space with tons of storage (I can't even fill it all--yet), and plenty of space to host our extended family. Our space is light, bright, and airy and we are beyond thrilled and excited to share our space with everyone we know.

Brian and Julie have now remodeled our bathrooms and basement. Everything from design to the finished product was perfectly executed and exactly what we envisioned! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bryan Casey Construction to family or friend. From the initial consultation with Julie until the final walkthrough everything was very professional. When the work started there were workers here daily, unless there was something we were waiting on but we were always kept informed which was very comforting. If there was any problems with what was going on, we never had a problem getting resolution, Randa our project manager was here at least weekly and always listened with care and concern and Julie was just a text or phone call away. The workers were absolutely great, always friendly and treated us and our home with respect. They did amazing work from demo to finish. We truly love our new kitchen and family room.
