I can't say enough good things about Matt and his company. They built a beautiful home for us in Bend in 2015 and we couldn't be happier with it. Matt's work is top notch, he is responsive, flexible, and very conscientious but also very easy to work with and talk to. We will come back to him to build our retirement home one day.

We worked with Matt Cloninger to design and build our custom home in Bend, Oregon. The entire process went very smoothly, and the project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Matt, his architect, designer, and team of subcontractors were all very professional and did an outstanding job. Matt kept us apprised of the status of the project timeline on a regular basis so we were aware of any impacts to the timeline and we had regular budget reviews as well. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire building process and our new home. We highly recommend Matt.

We looked at several new homes by various builders before buying the one we did. The Cloninger home was better designed and built with a lot of attention to detail, than any others we saw. Since the purchase Matt has been attentive and available whenever we have had questions. Our previous home in Bend was custom built for us by one of the best residential/commercial builders in the area at the time. Matt's work is better than our last home, which is the highest recommendation I could give.

He is attentive to detail, uses the best subcontractors, and works hard to keep a project moving forward.
