I am using Dale Cole and Cole Builders to build my home on Amelia Island and I am 100% happy with their professionalism and work! If you are building in Florida or any where else they go pick Dale's company and you can't go wrong!!

Dale Cole has been a pleasure to work with. Our home is currently under construction so as you can imagine I seem to always have questions. He is quick to respond and clarify things. Dale has helped us design as well as build....very pleased with the layout. He has been easily accessible and equally easy to talk to. I can say the same about our project manager. He keeps me in the loop. So far, the subcontractors have been on schedule and hard working. The house is moving along nicely. Really looking forward to seeing the finished product. It will be complete early 2019. This review site will only let me choose 2018(2019 not on the list?)

Cole Builders built our new 2,800 s.f. ocean front home in Fernandina Beach, FL. Dale is a solid businessman who runs a financially sound company. Unexpected situations are common in custom home projects; Dale is a good listener, very flexible and easy too work with to resolve those unanticipated events. Our home was built at budget and on time, we are pleased with the results.

New metal roof and trim added to my house. They were very professional and cleaned up after job was complete. Worked well with my desires. Would highly recommend them again.

I hired Cole Builders twice recently. The first time was for a 1000 sq ft second floor addition to our 1957 beach house and exterior make-over (Jan - June of 2011). It came out looking splendind with some really nice upgrades such as a wire network in the house, 170 mph shingles, laundry shoot, and new back balcony. The cost was approximately $179 K. The second time we hired Cole Builders was for a kitchen remodel in that same house (Feb 2012). We now have beautiful custom cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, a custom nook that perfectly matches the cabinets. The cost was just a hair over $10 K. Dale was honest, detailed, and had some really good ideas to help make our house a home.

Cole builders completed a complete kitchen remodel and new roof on my home. The overall experience was excellent. Dale Cole and his crew and associates were nothing less than professional, detailed, competent and overall a pleasure to work with. I highly reccommend them to anyone.

I have used Cole builders for several projects over the past 5 years, the largest to date being design & construction of a roof top deck, plus several additional remodeling projects. I have been consistently pleased with the quality of the work and most importantly with the way I have been treated. Dale Cole knows his business and delivers beautiful, quality results. What impresses me most is how he listens to what I want and takes extra steps to make sure we achieve the desired outcome. I typically want something that is not the norm and not exactly easy to do but Dale has always found a way to give me what I want. Even when things go wrong (as they inevitably do on any remodeling project), Dale is quick to jump in with information and options and find a good solution. Our roof top deck presented many challenges, starting with design, engineering and permitting. We worked through the issues together and kept my vision in sight throughout the process. The result was stunning and I was thrilled.

We were hit with two tropical storms in a row last Memorial Weekend, 2012. Dale worked very hard to keep the water from coming in thru our roof and worked closely with our insurance agent. After drawing up plans and pulling permits we were under way. His men showed up every day to complete the job and now I have a beautiful new roof and we added a hip roof over our deck, he renovated our kitchen which is now our dream kitchen and laid a full house wood floor.

Dale and his team built a spec investment property for me (4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, 1600 sq-ft). The project was completed on time and within budget. The workmanship was of high quality and his team was easy to communicate with.

Cole Builders has overseen the remodeling of our new home, removing and installing a new fence, and in the near future will be painting the outside of our home, installing a patio and screening and putting down a new floor on our porch. Dale Cole and his associates have been wonderful to work with; very knowledgeable, friendly, accessible, professional, and prompt. They have been able to meet all our needs. Their contractors all seem to be excellent in their fields and their work is top notch.

Dale made my garage bigger and built a bonus room over it. He gave me a great price and was easy to work with. I would recommend him to any one.
