We have used Cunningham for several projects (large and small) over the past 10 years. They have consistently performed at the highest level. The work is done carefully. The workplace is always kept clean and the end result is always something we can be proud of. The latest job was basically a bathroom remodel (as a result of a leak). About a year earlier, our kitchen and great room needed to be redone because of a burst water heater in our attic. This was easily a $40,000 job. Steve responded immediately after the flood from the water heater and guided the whole process to getting us back to being functional. He worked with our insurance adjuster and made sure that everything was completed properly with top notch materials. We would trust Steve and his crew to do anything needed at the house and highly recommend him. It would be hard to find a more qualified, honest individual or company to deal with.

Steve Cunningham and his entire team were terrific. They spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining the best options for what we wanted done. They answered all our questions and kept us appraised as to scheduling. When work was underway, their crews were prompt, informative and neat. We did have a problem with the carpet we purchased through a company they recommended, Steve worked with the vendor to remove the old carpet and replace/reinstall a new carpet at no cost to us. We are very pleased with their work and workmanship and have recommended them to friends.
