They were well prepared, cared for extra unanticipated issues, and cleaned up very well. Job was well done and in a timely manner.

We had the deck membrane and stairs replaced at our new place. The team was very easy to work with and handled the little fit and finish pieces at the end very promptly. They were super transparent about costs for different scenarios which let us proceed through the project without surprises. I would definitely use them again!

We had an wonderful experience with Deck Pros. We had new vinyl installed on our balcony deck. It looks fantastic and we're so happy with it. Ben and James did a wonderful job installing it and they worked great with another crew who were installing a new sliding door. Sharina and all the staff were professional, friendly and polite. I needed to replace the stairs leading from my deck to my lower level patio. I called Deck Pros to discuss my project and they proved to have all the right solutions from beginning to end. I wanted the work to match my existing deck, be done right and to code, and they delivered. They even helped me remediate an unrelated rot issue we discovered after demolition. I highly recommend Deck Pros. I inquired about getting an initial cost estimate after looking for suitable contractors on-line. In addition to the very positive on-line reviews, I was impressed with Deck Pros website because it gave me a good idea of what the expected budget for our project would be before contacting them. Clearly if you were interested in getting bargain work done, they were not interested in the job. I found this level of honesty and transparency refreshing, particularly never having dealt with Deck Pros before. I also appreciated that they are a small and local company. I am not one to write reviews. My experience with Deck Pros warrants one. From initial contact and getting the cost estimate to completion of the project, the level and quality of communication and work done was excellent. The project was a relatively large one - resurfacing a 250 square foot deck (including dealing with some localized wood rot), complete rebuilding of stairs, addition of a glass canopy over doors at the back of the deck and fabrication and installation of railings. Accounting for the discovery of the wood rot and the need to address a few other issues (none of which were a surprise) the project came in on budget and was completed in just over one month (about three weeks of that was for fabricating the railings). Everyone I dealt with at Deck Pros was polite and clearly care about the quality of their work. The finished product looks absolutely fantastic. I could not be more pleased.

Deck Pros recently completed a replacement of our 20 year old deck. From my initial contact with Deck Pros to the final work day, my husband and I were so impressed with the communication, the work ethic of everyone in this company, and the pride they take in their work. From my initial call asking for information, to all calls placed during construction, the front office responded promptly, politely, and (if Sharina didn't know an answer) she found it and got the info to me right away. During construction, the crew worked quietly and efficiently and kept us informed of everything that was happening. When any problems came up, (and all construction jobs have them) Dale came in and dealt with them without hesitation.
