Deck Pros recently completed a replacement of our 20 year old deck. From my initial contact with Deck Pros to the final work day, my husband and I were so impressed with the communication, the work ethic of everyone in this company, and the pride they take in their work. From my initial call asking for information, to all calls placed during construction, the front office responded promptly, politely, and (if Sharina didn't know an answer) she found it and got the info to me right away. During construction, the crew worked quietly and efficiently and kept us informed of everything that was happening. When any problems came up, (and all construction jobs have them) Dale came in and dealt with them without hesitation. Deck Pros approached this project as if it were their own home and that attitude never changed. I simply cannot say enough good things about Deck Pros. Do yourself a favour - hire these guys! Our strata was dealing with a complicated and frustrating deck repair. We contacted three different companies to obtain quotes; we chose DeckPros despite not having the lowest price because of what we saw in online reviews and the professionalism in the estimate and quote. Throughout the job Crystal, Dale, Keenan, and team did a great job keeping us apprised of new "surprises", checking-in on any new potential scopes of work needed to fix the deck. We ended up having other trades come in to do some unrelated remedial work and the DeckPros team was highly accommodating. In general we found that the quality of the work done by DeckPros, professionalism, transparency, and honest accounting/billing were well worth the extra price. Deck Pros Review The staff of Deck Pros were friendly, helpful, efficient, and their workmanship was excellent. We had 2 projects that needed attention: A vinyl deck surface needed to be stripped, some old rotting plywood replaced, and new vinyl applied. We also had to replace a wooden landing with stairs and railings. We couldn’t be happier with having chosen Deck Pros. For the vinyl deck, the crew had to work by going through the house. They protected the carpeting on the floors & stairs, were careful moving materials through the house, and when they finished the work, they cleaned up completely afterward. The finished vinyl looks perfect. The carpenters for the wooden landing replaced the old one with a more solid, better built one than the one the house came with. The aluminum railing crew installed them perfectly, and amazingly quickly. Communication throughout the work was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Deck Pros, and we will use them again if we need any other project done.

I was getting very frustrated with having to sand and paint my ground level wood deck attached to a wooden gazebo every two years because the paint kept peeling off. Someone recommended doing a composite deck which would not need to be painted. I got estimates from several companies and this company gave me the most reasonable price for the work that I requested to be done. I asked the work to be scheduled a couple of weeks before my daughter's wedding and they were kind enough to do so. Zachary came by at 7:30 a.m. and worked nonstop until 6:30 pm and did an absolutely AMAZING job! My whole family was flabbergasted by the look of the new deck after he finished - it looked like a completely different deck. The composite looked like real wood and he also replaced the tops of the attached seats with composite as well as the top of the railings around the gazebo - a very complicated job because of all the angles. And he tightened the loose wooden supports for the railings. I told this company to give Zachary a raise - this man deserves it!!! I am recommending this company to do composite decks to all my friends and relatives. All the guests who have seen the deck absolutely rave about it! We happened upon Deck Pros in our search for a new deck surface along with frameless glass. While we were doing our research, we discovered some of our friends had placed a testimonial on Deck Pros website. We visited our friends and they were delighted with their deck renovations. So we hired Deck Pros and from the start we were impressed with their professionalism...from their estimator, to the installation staff to Dale and Crystal (the owners)...it was a great experience with a fabulous outcome. DeckPros were great! Very professional took lots of time during the onsite estimate, robust quoting process and lots of railing styles made the refining our selections easy. Workers onsite were friendly and professional. Work was completed within the given timeframe and final invoices were very close to the original quote, so no surprises! Overall highly recommend for a deck replacement!

We had our deck completely redone as it was in need of dire repair. From start to finish, Deck Pros kept us in the loop on additional work/repairs, what their recommendations were, etc. - as expected when working on an older house.
