I had a fantastic experience working with Omer at Designs4You. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He came up with great design ideas, handled the HOA approval process, and even took me shopping to select the right materials. Omer stayed on top of everything—coordinating the schedule and the crew, who demoed two small patios and installed beautiful pavers with rock. The entire crew was excellent—professional, hardworking, and respectful, and they did a great job bringing the vision to life. The whole project was completed in just one week, which was impressive. He was professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and talented contractor.

I'm giving a 5 Star review to Designs 4 You for thier superb work, great quality and communiccation in completing our backyard project! We had a 30 year old brick and white porcelin tile barbecue island and a 20 year old gazebo. The dated step up platform was an eye sore as well. Roni and Liam, project managers, Henry, the foreman and the entire team transformed our backyard to our dream bbackyard. The pavers, concrete island and matching retaining wall stucco color is a game changer! The iisland has two GFi outlets installed to perfectiion!! The team arrived every morning ready to work and cleaned up every afternoon before they left! Roni and Liam constantly checked on the job daily. I can not forget to mention the ease of the association process, payments, the city permit, receipts, and all of the administrative work that happened behind the scenes!!! Daniela, YOU ROCK!! Thank you for taking care of ALL of the paperwork and making our lives easy! You are too kind❤️

She handled everything from start to finish and kept us fully informed throughout. It was such a relief not having to navigate that ourselves. The crew was amazing—100% professional, on time, and very respectful of our property and plants. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each work day and completed the project ahead of schedule! I chose Omer/Designs4you because of their positive reviews, but based on the work they’ve done on my home, you’d think this was their very first job. The experience has been deeply frustrating, unprofessional, and stressful from start to finish. There was no project manager assigned, so my family and I were left to supervise the crew ourselves, constantly catching and correcting mistakes—something a licensed professional should be doing, not the homeowner. The contractor was demeaning, unprofessional, and demanded upfront payments, even when the work was incomplete or clearly below standard. The project ran over four months late and failed city inspection five separate times. When issues were raised, the contractor would gaslight us or make excuses, blaming the house’s structure or accusing us of altering things—which was completely untrue. I eventually brought in an outside electrician and plumber, both of whom confirmed that the problems were due to the contractor’s own poor workmanship. We provided the correct materials per our plans, only to have them swapped out for cheaper, lower-quality substitutes without our consent. The project was only finally completed after repeated arguments just to get basic finishing touches done—things that should have been addressed months prior. And even now, we’re dealing with the aftermath. Our pool lights and string lights, which worked perfectly before construction, no longer function due to the electrical mess they left behind. When we brought this up, they refused to take responsibility and falsely claimed the lights were already faulty—a complete lie—and they still refuse to fix it. Despite all of this, the contractor is now threatening to place a lien on my home, even though the job was mishandled, unfinished for months, and passed inspection only after relentless pressure on our end. I trusted this company based on glowing reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you’re looking for professionalism, integrity, or quality work—look elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Once I decided it was time to move forward with my plans for an outdoor living area, I did a lot of research online to get ideas and also met with a total of four companies in the San Diego area and received quotes from all of them. All of the bids were very competitive, and all of the companies came highly recommended with good reviews. Although, I knew the basic idea of what I wanted but I needed help with the planning and design of the project in order to bring my vision to life. After careful consideration and after meeting with Omer and his team, I made the decision to go with Designs For You and I am so glad that I did! First off, they assured me that I would not have to wait 3-4 months to begin the project and that they could start right away. This was important to me because I wanted it to be done during the summer months so that weather wasn’t a factor, and I wanted to be able to have it completed in time for hosting parties and family gatherings in the fall and for the holiday season. Well, once the contract was signed, they hit the ground running and began the demo of my back deck within a week. Santiago, their amazing superintendent, was there on the job with his team every single day just like they promised. The entire crew was so awesome! They were so helpful in advising me as I had questions and as I made changes throughout the project. The end result was better than I had even imagined. Start to finish, the job was completed in less than 6 weeks which was astonishing. The workmanship, the crew, the management team and every single person did an epic job. I highly recommend Designs for You. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again to Omer, Osher, Santiago, Daniella and all of the rest of the team who made this such a great experience for me. I will be using you again for all my future projects and am already recommending you to all my friends!

I had a huge problem at my property and the County of San Diego filed claims against me. I called many companies but no one would help me and take my project. Thank god I found Designs 4 You and they immediately came to help! I had problems with grading, and non permitted work, and claims against me. They took me under their wing and went to the county many times for meetings. They were there every step of the way. The handled everything from engineering to meetings with the county reviewers to inspections. The team took out an immense amount of dirt and soil and put it back, compacted hundreds of yards of soil and built what the county requested. They made sure we passed every inspection and solved my issue with the county. There’s no amount of words or measure of gratitude that I have for this company. They saved my life and my property. Designs 4 You was absolutely the right company for us. They came in with a great plan for our back yard and courtyard and went above and beyond what we expected. We were especially pleased that they started immediately, and worked every day until the project was completed. The project managers started a text stream so we were able to contact them at any time and they always responded immediately. The results were even better than we hoped. I highly recommend this professional company.

We reached out to Designs 4 You to redesign/landscape our front and backyard. Right off the bat, they showed up exactly on time for the estimate and were incredibly transparent with the entire process, even ensuring we checked licenses and bonds regardless of who we went with. It was refreshing to have the full quote within the same visit and when it was all finished, there were no surprise fees. Another huge plus with Designs 4 You is the fact that they don't sub out any of the work. The team was here everyday, on time and completed the entire project, including an expanded scope halfway through the project, in the same timeline as the original proposal! However the highlight of our experience is the staff. The PMs Patricio and Roni were friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions (and we had a lot of them). They really made sure any concerns or issues were promptly addressed and were onsite almost daily to make sure things were going smoothly. The crew doing the work was friendly and professional. I’d even be pressed to say that work too fast for us to keep up - there were times we would walk out to a completely different phase of the project already. They always took the time to clean up after themselves and would help us with random small tasks such as taking the trash bins out on trash day without being asked to do so. Finally the owner, Omer, has been a pleasure to work with. He may appear to come on strong but once you get to know him you realize that all he cares about is his clients. He personally checked in multiple times with us to make sure that we were happy every step of the way, worked to maximize our budget and really went above and beyond for our project. He really isn’t joking when he says he will do anything he can to ensure his clients are happy with the finished project. For example, our DG started cracking a few weeks AFTER the project was completed and Omer sent his team out to fix and replace the DG at no additional cost even though they were under no obligation to do so. Designs 4 You is the epitome of professionalism. In an industry where it can be challenging to find reliable vendors, Designs 4 You is special. Their commitment to your satisfaction is unparalleled and their communication style gave us the confidence that they could do the job and do it right. Even if there were issues or disagreements, they always made sure it was promptly addressed. I highly recommend using Designs 4 You for any and all of your landscaping projects, we know we’ll be using them again for our next landscaping project!
