I worked with Fine Builders on a Bathroom Addition for a client. I came into the project as the Interior Designer. I was impressed with how communicative and detail oriented Nir and Daniel were. I've since referred them to several of my design projects and the feedback I receive from clients saying they have great ideas and are easy to work with make realize there are contractors you can count on.

In short - Nir and Danny (Fine Builders) are amazing! If you are looking for a GC with a rare combination of honesty, integrity, quality, and responsiveness, stop looking and hire them today! I found them by watching the progress of a home they were renovating in our neighborhood; I saw movement every day and I could tell from the workmanship that they knew what they were doing. I had interviewed over a dozen contractors and hadn't found one that I had confidence in (some were clearly nervous about the scope of our job!). I called Nir and Danny; no hard sale, just confidence in their ability to do the job. Our renovation was a big job. We gutted and renovated two bathrooms, removed four load bearing walls to open up the kitchen (installing six massive beams), cabinets, countertops, tile, glass, added sheer walls, rewired the whole house, and installed/leveled the floor. Over the course of the job, Nir and Danny worked with us so that we didn't have to move out - they scheduled to job in phases to isolate construction zones and minimize the impact. They helped us with on money saving design decisions and helped us prioritize based on our budget. We have an old house, and like all renovations, had our share of surprises. Nir & Danny worked hard to keep us on budget while helping us make the right decisions about repairs. They dealt with the city planners and inspectors - and anyone that lives in cities like Glendale, Pasadena, or Santa Monica can tell you how challenging that can be. I'm pretty sure that other contractors would have walked off the job after dealing with our city planners, but they powered through! Nir & Danny also have an amazing attention to "finishing" details. Most builders leave things 80% done - but Nir & Danny are on it, they're as good with the little things as they were with the huge beam that the put in! I got used to hearing them respond to my questions with "don't worry" and "we'll take care of it" - and they did. I think my favorite thing about them, however, is their responsiveness. They were always available (literally seven days a week, pretty much all hours). I won't lie, living through a large remodel is stressful, you have to be able to trust your contractor to get you through it. After all of this, Nir & Danny have become part of our family, my newly adopted brothers. Thanks guys!

Working with the Fine Builder’s team was a huge pleasure during each step of the remodeling and every phase of our remodeling which included the complete remodeling of our master bathroom, laundry room and the entry of our house. Their ideas, design, implementation and attention to all the details even the smallest ones of the construction was excellent in every way. We highly recommend their entire team and we do urge everyone to hire them for any home remodeling projects such as ours.

We just wanted to write here that we truly LOVE the work that was done by Fine Builders!!!! Nir was very helpful and he walked us though the entire remodeling process. In regards to the workers, they also did a WONDERFUL & BEAUTIFUL job!!! They ALWAYS arrived on time to the house & earned our trust on the tile work, hardwood floors & counter tops! Nir even helped us arrange the house before and after the remodeling was completed because we couldn’t do it ourselves. Yes, the price for the work was a little more than the other quotes we got, but it is fully worth it!!!! They treat us like a family. We would recommend then to everyone who needs renovations!

Daniel and his professional and skilled team at Fine Builders are by far more than awesome people! We had a deadline to complete our kitchen remodeling project (including demolishing the old one) and Daniel promised us that he will be able to do it within this time frame (1 month) and that he will keep it within the agreed budget as well. Daniel was at our house each day and managed each step of the work including to make sure that everything will go according to the plan, without any mistakes and that we are pleased with the progress. After the kitchen was finished and delivered to us, many of our guested gave us so many compliments about how it looks and how functional it becomes (compare to the old kitchen)! We will never hire another home improvement company for any of our future remodeling projects!!!!

After few meetings with Daniel, we decided to hire them and to sign a contract with Fine Builders for our major garage remodeling project. Our project included an addition to the existing space of the garage that will allow us to have another car storage and a semi large laundry space. The work was massive work that was based on a daily work that was managed by Daniel and was executed by his workers. The work took close to 2 months and during that time we were in a contact communication with Daniel. The results of the garage remodeling beyond our expectations and we truly love how it came out mainly the laundry space. Highly recommended company.

Great company and good service! After several meetings with Nir, we came to a conclusion that it will be a great selection of this company for the remodeling that we want to do at our house. Nir planed the whole remodeling after our meetings and he was able to provide us with a design of the new bathroom and few options of design and materials including color combinations. The work took close to a month and it included also the replacement of the entry door. We are very happy with everything they did for us and we would hire them in the future.

We were referred to Fine Builders by a family friend and we contacted Daniel, scheduled a meeting and provided him the vision of what we wanted to have and to also know how much we can spend. Daniel came back with his laptop and with a 3D design of the pool including all the hardscape that by far surpassed all of our hopes and his proposal estimate was also within our budget (which means that he listened to us and understood our needs very good). Daniel even made some modifications to the placement of the pool which maximized the space of the backyard. Daniel estimated the remodeling project as a 3 months project (on a daily basis). We believed that it will take much longer because the type of the pool that needed a cut into the hillside, hardscape, sprinklers and more and more... But surly enough, they were done with the project a little bit longer than the 3 months. We do recommend Daniel and all his team to anyone who is looking to design and build a pool. Daniel helped us picking out all the colors for the stones around the pool.

Fine Builders was many levels above all the other contractors we have dealt or worked with. They are truthful, qualified, responsive and able to do many meticulous and beautiful work. At our house, they designed, managed and remodeled our room addition very professionally that we were able to live at the house during the entire work. The addition that we did was behind the house and part of the back yard. We wanted to extend the living room space and to add a formal dining room area. The addition style fit to our existing style which is a modern style and we are very pleased.

I gathered few estimates to remodel my house and I was very happy that I hired Fine Builders. My remodeling project included the addition of a second floor to the house including a deck, the replacement of few existing skylights, redo the concrete driveway and few other projects so I can bring my house up to date. Nir, was our project manager and he was very professional, experienced, structured and he made time to update me daily for each step of the work, including communicating with me after business hours. More than that, the whole involved team at Fine Builders were lovely, polite and respectful of my house. I do recommend them to anyone who is thinking of remodeling their house and I will hire Fine Builders, Inc. again.

We recently contracted Nir at Fine Builders and design to design and fully renovate our kitchen and honestly, we are very pleased and surprised from the whole thing and we are glad that we did the right decision for hiring them for that. They were so professional, skilled, fair & honest. The final kitchen is outstanding, super functional and remained on the initial budget that we set at first. The design stage, planning and execution phases were painless and very smooth because Nir made sure to have as many meetings as we could in order to clearly understand and know what we need and want to get from this remodeling. Nir and his crew definitely earned our future business and we will keep contacting him for any future remodeling project we might have.

Fine Builders did an excellent work at my house by remodeling two bathrooms and part of the kitchen (They replaced all the front face of the kitchen cabinets and appliances). Their attention to all the small details, honesty and expertise were the greatest things that I noticed since they started the work till it was completed. I appreciate how they were in contact with me all the way during the remodeling explaining me everything and they made sure that I understood what they were doing and what they did. The 2 bathrooms and the kitchen got a new look and we truly love how it came out at the end and we will hire them again as our only choice in any case that we will need a major remodeling again.
