GEM Quality Homes

We chose GEM Quality Homes while planning a renovation of our 1984 West Coast Modern home. This wasn't our first rodeo and we were quite particular in our search for a builder. In GEM, we found a company with a stellar reputation and an outstanding track record. However, Amanda and Graham aren't simply running a successful company. They are building a team and fostering a healthy culture within that team. This was evident immediately as we observed genuine comradery, respect and friendship among the GEM employees and sub trades that worked in our home. Communication is important to us and during our project, we were never left in the dark. From early planning to timing and execution, we experienced regular daily updates. Our brilliant project manager, Brent Tooth, is highly skilled and his attention to detail put us at ease. The result is an end product that exceeded our expectations and stayed on budget! We simply could not have arrived at this beautiful outcome without the exemplary and outstanding GEM team.

We had a complete renovation and expansion done. Throughout the build Graham and his team were very professional and courteous. Always open to discussion to changes. Always felt that we were getting the best quality for the budget. Sometimes changes had to be made due to unforeseen circumstances. There was never any question that these were the right choices.
