I’m one of those customers who expects a level of perfection that’s almost unreasonable - and I told Eldan that before he quoted on our job. I told him and every other contractor who bid on the job. The thing that stood out about Goldenline though was Eldan. He talked a big talk but something felt genuine about him. He also seemed to be more passionate about his clients smiles than about the money he’d make or the promises of a specific timeline. (In fact he never truly gave us a timeline and stuck to the promise that it will take as long as it takes.) That’s not something you want to hear but let me tell you- it’s what every contractor is thinking unless they’re going to rush your job and you in the process. If you want a fast turnaround and don’t want to be involved - he can do that- most contractors can at about the same rate and probably use a lot of the same teams of sub trades. But not every contractor is going to care about you being thrilled with your end product. That’s what makes Goldenline so different. Eldan thrives on helping you get what you ultimately want. He is honorable, has character and is a pleasure to work with. I was VERY particular! Probably annoyingly so - but I never had to fight with Eldan. Not once did he give me pushback on my requests. It was always - Okay! We’ll do it again or Okay we will find a way to make what you want work (even if it had never been done). On the days I grew tired of making choices and wanted to settle for the easy choice, he reminded me of what matters to me and guided me to make the right choices. He has connections with people in the city who will bend over backward for him - I’m sure it’s because he is honestly a good man and it comes through. But we got to benefit from working with people who were happy to help his clients. Eldan was very available for us, but we also worked with Alex. Alex is very capable, professional, helpful, and a point person with a positive can do attitude. He’s a good listener, get things done, and follows through well. He doesn’t make promises he can’t keep, and tries his best to make your schedule as convenient for you as possible. He is also the kind of guy who makes you feel like you’re chatting with your friend and getting stuff done simultaneously. He’s fun! Our renovation took longer than we could even imagine it would. Renovations in general are stressful, tiring, annoying and inconvenient - but- for as hard as it was, the easiest part of everything was dealing with the staff at Goldenline. Hiring Goldenline is the best thing you can do for your renovation and your sanity. Also, it gives you hope in the world to work with people who are really good people and that helps when you’re doing something that’s hard- like uprooting your home.

We absolutely love our new kitchen! We moved into our home and knew from the beginning that the kitchen was going to need to be redone. We had high hopes of converting the space into our dream kitchen, with lots and lots of storage and counter space. After interviewing quite a few contractors, we met Eden from Goldenline and we knew we had our match. Eden was amazing from moment one. He helped us through every piece of this construction puzzle which was especially necessary since we have never embarked on a project like this before. Eden was there every step of the way to make sure we were getting the kitchen design that we wanted, and he was always 100% supportive and available. Every job will have an issue or snag or miscommunication and every single time something came up, Eden and Goldenline were there to correct, adjust, adapt, and make sure that everyone was happy. We were never “ghosted” or ignored like I have read happens to people sometimes when remodeling. No, Eden was always there for us. We would love to work with Eden and Goldenline again on future projects.

We recently purchased a new home and were looking to do some remodeling. We met with multiple companies, but it was GoldenLine Construction (and more specifically Sagi) that convinced us to move forward due to their detailed care and knowledgeable expertise. We completely remodeled the kitchen, added a movie room, and added a rec room. Sagi was there every step of the way to address any and all of our questions and concerns. I would recommend GoldenLine to anyone I know who needs a remodel, especially because of Sagi. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and we love our remodel! The house feels like a home now :)

Goldenline did a professional job of our master bathroom remodel, and their team was a pleasure to work with. David served as point of contact and general project manager, and he was courteous, professional, knowledgable and very helpful throughout the process. He made a number of really great suggestions that improved on our design and helped to make the final result even better than we'd imagined. Jordan was our foreman and he was simply excellent. Jordan is professional, good natured, easy to communicate with, and is great at solving problems as they arise during construction. Gil, the project manager back at home office, also checked in on the job periodically and was always courteous and helpful. The individual workers were all professional too, and highly skilled. We always felt like the project was in good hands throughout. And the final result was a great-looking and very functional bathroom that both my wife and I love.

While I've not yet completed a project with GoldenLine, I wanted to share how amazing the customer service experience has been with Michelle, Sagi, and the entire team. They've provided incredible guidance and support, without even being fully contracted. I'd recommend the team here for anyone who is looking for great partners to provide quality advice and craftsmanship.

We contracted Goldenline construction Inc to do a full remodeling of our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Beginning with our contractor Sagi our foreman Jordan and all the other professionals who were involved. Sagi kept us informed every step of the way and was always available we needed him. Jordan went out on a liimb at least a couple of times to accommodate us. The rest of the professionals all did an excellent job!No complaints here.

I would definitely recommend hiring Eldan and his team at Goldenline. They are professional and timely with superb attention to detail. We initially hired them for a pool build and backyard remodel. We were so happy with our experience that we have since hired them for more projects. Eldan is very communicative, available and helpful throughout the entire process, which is extremely important as we have worked with many contractors whom seem to be unavailable once a project starts or (even worse) make error after error on an expensive project. As a perfectionist myself, I especially appreciate Eldan's attention to detail. He had his workers completely redo pool tiling because they weren't laid to his liking (and this was without my input), which I was very impressed by since it obviously costs him more to do. He will also take initiative to make suggestions and corrections as the project progresses. He has been able to step into a messy job with a previous contractor, correct the errors and complete the job. It is hard to find this caliber of a contractor (and team) so do yourself a favor and hire the team at Goldenline. Also, I never really write reviews but I did for this because they are that good.

We decided to work with Goldenline on some remodel projects for our house. We did an update of our bathroom and powder room with all new finishes and features along with a partial demo of our kitchen to remove mold (and then rebuild to match the existing kitchen). On the exterior we removed, prepped and repainted the entire house. We worked with Or as our project manager. Unfortunately because of the extent of the work, we could not sleep or use running water at our house, but we had a neighbor let us use their backyard guest house while the work was completed. We only had access to said guest house for roughly 4 or 5 weeks so it was a fairly compressed timeline to complete all of the interior work. As with any construction project, especially in an old house, we encountered our fair share of unexpected circumstances which would lead to delays or changes in the work. However, Or and the various work crews were really responsive and cognizant of our deadline and put in the extra effort to overcome some of the conditions and delays we encountered and when all was said and done, we came really close to hitting our original timeline for project completion. The quality of the finished work is very good. The tile work (bathrooms & kitchen) specifically came out really nice as well as the cabinetry work completed in the kitchen. One of the design features we wanted to implement was to use cedar planking on the ceiling of the bathrooms and the finished product is even better than we had hoped for. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is exceptional and there is a seamlessness across the ceiling even with recessed lights, an exhaust fan and old crooked walls creating obstacles to work around. On the exterior of the house, the painting crew went above and beyond to remove all of the existing damaged paint (which was extensive) and patch and repair the stucco where necessary. All of the taping and detail work was precise and clean. After completing the paint job, we noticed a couple of problem spots where the paint had failed to adhere to the wood posts along our porch and the team came back out to repair and remedy the problem. The house looks great. One of my only complaints was that while we had consolidated all of our belongings out of the work spaces and into adjacent rooms, it would have been helpful to get a heads up about the level of dirt and dust that would be kicked up / created and settle on all of our stuff. Goldenline did put up plastics barriers to close off the work spaces but nevertheless, construction is a dirty business and we had to do several days of cleaning (our house and our possessions) after the work was completed. More communication on that front would have helped us cover and protect some of our possessions a little better prior to the start of work and probably saved us a good amount of time cleaning afterwards. Other than that, we were very happy with the completed work and would recommend GLC.

After deciding to remodel the master bathroom in my condo I received 4 bids on the project, without question I had the most confidence in Eldan and Goldenline Construction to finish the job with the highest quality in the shortest amount of time. Eldan came through and delivered a beautiful bathroom exactly as I wanted it and was able to overcome some difficult hurdles. In doing the demo, we discovered that the bathroom had previously been remodeled right on top of the original bathroom so he ended up having to essentially demo twice. Nothing phased Eldan and even though issues would come up throughout the project (often out of his control), Eldan would quickly find a solution and move forward. When you are doing a big project, you need someone who has seen it all before and always knows how to handle the issues that come up. He’s also a very talented designer and finds creative solutions to maximize space and efficiency – in all respects 5 stars, very responsive to any questions throughout the entire project.

Goldenline Construction made my dream kitchen! I love it and highly recommend them for any job you have!!! They completely changed my kitchen and I went from 7 cabinets to 15! I couldn't be happier!!!

The crew at Goldenline Construction were professional and courteous. They showed up on time and worked efficiently and cleanly. The project was a bathroom remodel and I am thrilled with the outcome. I could not be happier with the work performed and the professionalism of Goldenline Construction. I recommend them highly for any and all home addition or remodel needs.

I am so happy with the renovation Goldenline did with my bathrooms. Before hiring them I've had a really bad experience with the former construction company I hired that was very disappointing and unprofessional. However, it was so good to finally work with such reliable pleasant people. They did an amazing job and couldn't be happier with everything. I will definitely use them for any future work I will need around the house.
