Ive been wanting to build an ADU for quite sometime now but was having a hard time finding a company i can trust and i am SO happy i chose to do this process with Hi-Builders . David was a great help along with his team, they were responsive, trustworthy and took the worry off of my hands. It took about 5 months to get permits and in 3 months this conversion was completed. Its my dreamy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom ADU with my favorite tiles. Thank you thank you thank you for making a process I was scared of doing actually enjoyable and worth it. I recommend this company highly!

We had the best experience with Joseph and Hi Builders Group as our ADU builder in Los Angeles! They completed our garage conversion to ADU project in record time. We had it ready by the end of the year, and it's already rented out. Their professionalism and expertise in ADU construction made the entire process smooth. They breezed through inspections, and true to their word, they finished construction even earlier than promised. Highly recommend!

He was incredibly clear in laying out timelines, and worked with us every step of the way to make sure that the work was done to our level of satisfaction. I truly cannot recommend Hi Builders Group enough. While they were in our house working, they treated our house with respect, and did high quality work. Our bathroom is now everything we could have asked for and more!

I appreciated having several notices on timing, and scheduling without having to place another call. The grass is beautiful and my husband loves it. A great combination. Great experience and outcome with removing an failing retaining wall and a ton of foliage and replacing the wall. Clarke was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and kept us informed throughout the process. His estimate was fair, and his workers were prompt and worked quickly.
